trotz Reservation und Auswahl des Tagesmenus sehr lange Wartezeit bis das Essen serviert wurde (über 1 Stunde). Essensqualität des Abendessens hat nicht überzeugt.

Ideal para descansar y relajarse. Idílico.
Pros:

El lugar es maravilloso, la habitación tiene una terraza al pie de la ría, que te da la sensación de estar en un barco, donde puedes disfrutar de un amanecer espectacular. La amabilidad del personal y los detalles, nos recibieron con un aperitivo dulce. Las camas muy cómodas y el baño pequeño pero muy limpio y agradable. El entorno, las vistas, el desayuno muy bueno, la zona de bar... es un sitio para repetir, rodeado de la más absoluta tranquilidad y conectado con la naturaleza. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un sitio para descansar, se coge un ferri para llegar desde Aveiro donde puedes llevar el coche a muy buen precio, aunque también se puede llegar por carretera desde el norte. Zona para ir en bici. Para repetir.

Cons:

Puede haber un poco de olor a humedad al entrar por la ría, pero se pasa enseguida. Y quizás había poco personal en la zona de bar, tuvimos que esperar a que apareciera alguien. Por lo demás nada. Todo perfecto.

Pros:

Excellent place. The room was just perfect. The dinner at the restaurant was exceptional.
Breakfast the next day was very good, it had a great variety of foods to choose from.

Einmalige Lage direkt am Fluss Ria. Lobby und Bar sind sehr geschmackvoll und aussergewöhnlich

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein, wenig Ablagefläche. Es roch sehr unangenehm, etwas muffig.
Das Abendessen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, das Servicepersonal war aber leider sehr unprofessionell und überfordert.
Das Frühstück war ok, mehr aber wirklich nicht. Schade.

Prachtige locatie, leuke omgeving.
Na wat problemen met airco op onze kamer een upgrade gekregen. Degene die toen dienst had heeft echt erg zijn best voor ons gedaan, rest personeel was minder attent.

Cons:

Het is een prachtig pand, maar het voelt een beetje alsof het langzaam afglijd.
Kaners waren schoon maar centrale ruimtes echt niet! Hal stoffig, we waren er 3 dagen, kruimels lagen nog op dezelfde plek. personeel tekort? Niemand in de bar, bij ontbijt moest je iedere keer vragen naar dingen, werd niet aangevuld. Erg jammer.

The location was great with beautiful views of the lagoon. São jacinto beach is beautiful also.

Cons:

The room had no bathtub, only a shower. Breakfast was just a buffet with no menu option, and the quality wasn't good. Fruit selection was limited and what was there looked old. The floor in our room wasn't clean, and there was dust on several surfaces. The TV had low brightness and some kind of texture issue on the screen, like it wasn't working properly. The wardrobe had no door, it was just open, and looked like it was coming loose from the wall. The building is from the 60s and shows its age throughout, with some odd architectural choices that haven't aged well. Staff were fine. There were no amenities in the room either, you had to go down to the lobby to ask for a robe, slippers, or anything else you needed.
