Cons:

Vše, bylo to naprosto odpuzující katastrofa, která ale byla především dílem zfetovaného personálu a arogantního provozáka (oplácaný vousáč).
Jezdili jsme sem tradičně každý rok a tak jsme nějaký ten prohřešek tolerovali, letos to ale byla tragédie. Snídaně vyjedené už v 8:30 a nikdo nedoplňoval, personál po probdělé noci nebylo ani radno oslovovat, večer nás neurvale kasírovali jen aby se mohli oddávat hulení a chlastu. Vrchol byl, když jsem přistihl číšníka na spodní toaletě, jak si tam s cizí osobou dávali něco “ostřejšího”. A podle toho to cele vypadalo. Jídlo bych si tam raději už taky nedal. To už je tak pro turisty co nalétnou na první a poslední návštěvě. Po celý pobyt netekla teplá voda a jak to řešili? Choďte se sprchovat do sauny na prvním patře. No prostě už nikdy!!!!!!!!!!
Reklamovali jsme pobyt na konci a jen díky výhružkám soudy jsme dostali slevu 40%. Vybavení je staré a v restauraci to smrdí jak na hajzlu. Přijedem zase ale ne do tohoto hotelu, který by měli zavřít. Hrůza a děs!!!!!!!!

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption

Celkově jsme byli spokojeni
Pros:

Lokalita byla skvělá- přímo v centru, na Masarykově náměstí.
Personál byl bez výjimky velmi příjemný a ochotný. Parkování ve dvoře hotelu, zamykatelná kolárna.

Cons:

2x byla pouze servírovaná snídaně. Snídaně formou bufetu byla lepší, ale sladkého pečiva bylo málo, kdo nepřišel na snídani mezi prvními, na toho se nedostalo. Přístroj na kávu byl pouze jeden, takže v pátek a v sobotu, když byly obsazené všechny stoly, stála na kávu opravdu dlouhá fronta.
Byli jsme ubytováni ve druhém poschodí, ze sousedních pokojů bylo slyšet každý krok, tekoucí vodu, zavírání dveří.
