موقع مميز شاطيء نظيف وصغير سعر مرتفع قليلا

الموقع والشاطيء والبهو والغرف المتسعة

Cons:

موظف عربي في الشاطيء رفض ادخال شاي احمله بحجة انه من خارج المطعم مع اني ساكن بالفندق وكنت طالع للشاطيء وليس للجلوس في المطعم! بصراحة كان تصرفه تافه جدًا بعكس بقية الموظفين المميزين

موقع الفندق ممتاز وأعجبني الشاطئي الجميل فيه.استمتعت بالغطس واستمتعت بمشاهدة العديد من الأسماك الجميلة.

Cons:

كل يوم أصبحت بطاقة المفتاح غير نافذة ولازم زونا استقبال الفندق لتجديدها.
لم ينظف طاقم العمل غرفتينا في الوقت المناسب. نظفوها الساعة السابعة أوالساعة التاسعة مساءًا بناء على طلبنا المتكررة. من الواضح أن عدد العاملين غير كافي حسبما عدد الغرف في الفندق.
كان جرس هاتف غرفة مسؤول عن خدمة الغرف مزعجًا، ولم أستطع النوم جيدًا في الليل.

كل حاجة حلوة النضافة والخدمات والامكانيات واستف العاملين وخصوصا مدام حنان فى الاستقبال
وحزام بتاع ملعب البدل والاستاذ محمد فى المطعم
وكل الهوس كيبنج بصراحة خايفة انسي حد بس كلهم بدون استثناء ممتازيين
والشاطئ يجنن وحمام ااسباحة فى كل الخدمات
كانت ايام جميلة

Plesant, enjoyable and relaxing
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

No Canoe to go out on the ocean and explore, you have 4 lying next to the pool and I was not allowed to make use of it, if it's the case, dispose of it, dont put it on display.
Or if you have to book a time to go out with someone - put it out there ...
This was a bit disappointing as I'm the adventures tipe that like to explore the ocean
I also did not see any daily boat trips being advertised in the hotel, maybe there is companies that would like to come and collect the guest, take them out on a daytrip and bring them back to the hotel ?

All in all, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay. Will definitely go back and stay here again.
Pros:

I loved that it had a private beach and we were able to play comfortably with our kids. The food was amazing 10/10. The hotel was always clean . The staff polite and friendly. Very helpful.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about it was that even after booking such an expensive suite for a full 5 days, nothing complimentary was offered in terms of snacks and mini fridge items. The kitchenette was bare without any useful equipment like mini electric stove or microwave or any utensils. So making baby food was not optional for us there and had to make do with some room service options.
