Pros:

Large modern room, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great wifi speed.

Cons:

No choice with breakfast, I didn't really like what was served.

The hotel is right on the edge of town, there are no shops nearby to buy water or snacks etc.

Considering the beautiful mountains, we had a tiny window with no view at all.

Wonderful and helpful people
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were doing the Valbonë to Theth hike and they drove us to the start of the trail. The rooms were very spacious and clean. All 7 in our group enjoyed the stay.

En el corazón de Valbonë
Pros:

La amplitud de la habitación, la limpieza y el disponer de lo justo y necesario. El entorno es maravilloso y tienen decorado de manera muy agradable.

Cons:

El desayuno es standar y al no ser de nuestro gusto, muy local, pues no desayunamos aunque estaba incluido. Para quien le guste, debe estar bueno porque tiene buena pinta! El sonido en el pasillo hace resonancia y se oye a quien pase por ahí.

Pros:

We spent one night here during our Peaks of the Balkans hike, and everything was excellent. The room was huge and very clean, and the hospitality at the reception was wonderful. The breakfast was also excellent.
There is a restaurant on site, and after arriving, we decided to have dinner there as well. The food was absolutely delicious!
Highly recommended. We would definitely come back, either during another Peaks of the Balkans trip or simply for a few days to enjoy the place.

Je n’ai pas de mots pour décrire cette hôtel incroyable ! Il est idéalement situé dans un lieu paisible . Premièrement arrivée sur place la responsable de l’accueil nous surclasse gratuitement avec une chambre avec jacuzzi ! Par la suite malheureusement mon conjoint est tombé malade ils ont été au petit soin , propose de faire un plat spécialement pour lui , un des Barman nous a donnée son numéro de téléphone pour l’appeler en pleine nuit si besoin de nous conduire à l’hôpital , et constamment à nous demander comment on va si on a besoin de quelque chose je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel prendre autant soin de ses clients ! Le restaurant est exceptionnel les plat sont bien présentés de bonnes qualités et le prix est peu chère . Nous comptons bien revenir un jour dans ce même hôtel , je recommande les yeux fermés

Great location in valbone valley. Beautiful garden resteraunt, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Nice staff

Cons:

We came home at end of day the second day we were there to find our door was open … not unlocked but opened door and could see into room. We asked that housekeeping didn’t come into room as we were only there few days so housekeeping shouldn’t have been in room and never left door unlocked and open. We locked door and double checked it when we left as we always do. Upon our arrival late afternoon the door was open and deadbolt of lock out. The staff could not explain …. Each time we left room the lock worked fine and was locked as we checked each time we left. Because of this and no explanation from staff we didn’t feel comfortable and so our last day in valbone was wasted sitting in the garden area the entire day and checking on our room….. this is unfortunate because we liked hotel and location but lost total confidence and feeling of safety. A door doesn’t just unlock and open itself.
