Every thing in this hotel was perfect considering the price. Location, cleanliness, specially 2 beds option for 3 person accommodation, roof top restorent, staff behavior etc was really great.
Initially I booked hotel for one day but extended my stay.

Only negative experience of our 5 weeks in India and Nepal
Pros:

We chose this property for its position close to the Ghats which we could walk to from the hotel quite easily. The two young servers in the restaurant were polite and with the aid of Google Translate were able to bring our choice of food.

Cons:

It appears to be under renovation as there was lots of building materials and workers roaming around. We did see some large rooms that looked new on our way to the roof for meals however our room was grubby with stained bed covering and dirty wardrobes and drawers. We had to ask for an air conditioning remote (as did our friend for her room) and our shower head sprayed water up into the air as it was clogged up with verdigris. This took 2 full days of having our small bathroom covered in water before it was fixed - and this was only after multiple complaints and someone coming to look at it! The hotel staff need hospitality and customer service training- we had travelled extensively through India and Nepal before staying in Varanasi and they were the least favourite of all the hotels we had stayed - we had also stayed in cheaper ones than this.

Hotel close to Assi Ghat
Pros:

Very close to Assi Ghat..can enjoy the ghat and related events nicely.. walking distance

Cons:

Quite far from the airport and but far from the railway station..cabs find it quite confusing to reach this hotel from the airport or railway station..if you book this hotel then ask for a hotel pick up...the charges are nominal.
