Un loc minunat cu oameni atenți!
Pros:

Nu am stat o seară, am ,,locuit,, o săptămână in hotel. Mâncarea super bună, personalul plăcut si atent , curățenie zilnică. Ne.am simțit, mai bine decat acasă si cred ca asta spune tot.

Nu avem nimic de scris aici.

Vacanta a fost superba, ne-am incarcat bateriile!
Pros:

O experiență foarte frumoasă. Camera a fost curată și confortabilă, personalul foarte amabil, iar locația este superbă. Ne-am simțit excelent și vom reveni cu drag!

Highly recommended in Voineasa.
Pros:

Very nice position. Very clean. Very polite and helpfull staff. Huge beds and nice terrace.

Cons:

A better maintenance would help a lot. It is already showing the age.

4 Sterne Hotel - eine klare Überbewertung
Pros:

Das Zan Hotel ist gut gelegen, man wird nett empfangen, es ist sehr ruhig in der Nacht.

Cons:

Das Bad müffelt, was im ganzen Zimmer zu riechen ist. Das Restaurant ist nicht gut. Die Essen schmecken überhaupt nicht. Trockene Pouletbrust mit Polenta. Verkochte Spaghetti. Zudem werden die Essen nicht gleichzeitig serviert. Bei zwei Personen beim Essen nicht nachvollziehbar.
Frühstück ein wenig besser. Brot aus dem Plastikbeutel ungetoasted.

Pros:

The room was comfortable,clean with good AC and very nice view on the terrace.
Also we enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner

Cons:

Maybe some more games like playing cards, table tennis, chess,etc

Loc relaxant unde te incarci cu energie
Pros:

Amplasament bun, pe malul raului Lotru, curte mare, restaurant cu mancare buna si preturi moderate. Personalul amabil, in special administratorul hotelului.

Doesn’t worth to book this place, disaster
Pros:

Only positive point is the location that is surrounded by mountains, forests

Cons:

It’s not 4 stars hotel , hardly can get it 2 stars, the room that I was booked , different than real pictures, then the manager told me it’s under renovation, so why did you put the room in booking and get money?!.
2. The room was so dirty, full of dust, there is any cussing for chair outside and balcony was too dirty and useless
3. Between balcony there is any partition as privacy so your neighbor is in room balcony
4. Place of restaurant on window was full of died flyers
5. There is any kettle in room to make tea or hot water
