Zeer aangenaam, leuk verblijf op toplocatie
Pros:

Toplocatie (met uniek zeezicht). Bijzonder hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel. Goede eetgelegenheden in de buurt (ook in het hotel zelf). Lekker kuieren in de erg aangename en toeristische buurt. Fietsenstalling. Alles erg netjes.

Cons:

Hou rekening met: lastiger bereikbaar (pal op zeedijk - dus het vraagt wat logistieke organisatie met bagage en auto die een eind verderop kan/moet geparkeerd worden). Faciliteiten zijn oké maar tegelijk "basic" (als je luxe en hoog comfort zoekt valt dat misschien tegen).

È stato tutto perfetto. Lo staff gentilissimo e cortese. Ci hanno consentito di fare il deposito bagagli sia nel check in sia nel check out.

Leuk weekendje Volendam
Pros:

Het dorpje zelf en de boottocht naar Marken. Ook het ontbijt in het hotel was af. S'avonds ook in het restaurant van het hotel lekker gegeten.

Cons:

Het lawaai s'avonds, maar het was wel een voetbal weekend. Maar daar kan de hotel eigenaar niets aan doen.

Leuke kamer, klein maar fijn, passend bij de sfeer.

Priceless view to the sea
Pros:

Simple place to stay but view from the room to sea and location to explore Volendam and whole area is best that can be. By car it´s little bit tricky but we parked on the street behind the hotel and later to the public parking without any cost. Reasonable breakfast is served in the restaurant below. Forget expectations of 5 stars all the kettles & ironing & all bells and whistles. Stay there and enjoy the moment!

Cons:

There could be a possibility for self check in to avoid running with time to be @ place before 19:00. Restaurant from where you get the key is open till late so probably later check in can be managed but nobody answered to messages :) Fine by us and everything was perfect!

Ne passez pas a côté de la vue mer ! c'est si beau
Pros:

la vue sur le lac ou la mer ! un lever de soleil ouhaou
garage a vélo sécurisé
et encore la vue
l 'accès direct au port et au ferry

Cons:

petit dej, on aurait préféré des œufs au plat plutôt que des œufs durs
attention escalier a brut pour accéder à la chambre

On the waterfront, and above the good restaurant!

Cons:

Confusing entry to the hotel. I had to walk around from the unmarked public parking 50 meters from the rear, to the front of the building on the waterfront to enter.

Nous avons séjourné à Van de Hogen le soir de la journée du Roi au Pays Bas.Le restaurant de l’hôtel était bondé mais nous avons été bien accueilli.La chambre est assez simple.Nous avions lu que les escaliers pour y accéder étaient raides :jje confirme mais comme dans de nombreuses habitations ici.Nous avons dû réclamer du savon car il n’y en avait pas et ça a été difficile à trouver!Grosse ambiance musicale dans le bar adjacent et sous nos fenêtres….Mais c’était le jeu et nous avons donc profiter de la fête en nous endormant en musique.L’hotel est très bien situé pour prendre le ferry pour Marken.Très agréable visite à faire.Petit déjeuner servi dans la salle du restaurant face au port super agréable,soleil en prime.

Cons:

Savon et shampoing sans demander serait sympa. Ainsi que le code d’accès au Wifi.
