Pros:

The hotel is cute and in perfect location. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Because the reception is not covered all time, there is 1 emergency number you can call. This number was NOT connected. We locked us out of the room and tried to reach someone over 3h,the number was just not connected and no other number given. This single number was mentioned everywhere but not in use. Over a different hotel - which was reachable- we managed to get help. Many things can happen, people also check in late in the evening when nobody is there anymore, you need to make sure someone of the hotel is reachable. For us not acceptable.

Zweckmäßig für mittlere bis kleine Ansprüche
Pros:

Die Lage war zentral und sehr gut gelegen.

Cons:

Keine Wohlfühloase:
Bettlaken mit Flecken, Zimmer und Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig: vergilbte Oberflächen, gelbe und schwarz verfärbte Fugen, viele Schrammen in Badewanne und Armaturen, gesprungene Fliesen usw., bereits abgewohntes Zimmer: Vergilbte und staubige alte Steckdosen, abgegriffene Türgriffe, Türrahmen und Türblätter mit Schrammen und deutlichen Abnutzungsspuren.
Die Zimmer Richtung Hinterhof, liegen über dem Raucherbereich. Rauch zieht ins Zimmer.
Keine Klimaanlage, dafür alter sehr lauter Ventilator mit wenig Power, nicht für den Schlaf geeignet.
Minikühlschrank kühlt kaum. Mitgebrachte Snacks verderben binnen eines Tages.
Rezeption nur kurz besetzt. Zugang nach 19 Uhr nur mit Code, der vorab nicht mitgeteilt wurde.
Frühstück basic, für veganer nicht geeignet, obwohl als Wunsch angegeben.
Buchung war fehlerhaft, Hotel hat eine gebuchte Nacht vergessen.
Frühstückszeiten waren falsch angegeben. Angabe galt nur für wochentags, Wochenendzeiten fehlten.

Meines Erachtens ist das Zimmer ca. 80€ die Nacht wert.

Pros:

Es gab ein kleines Problem mit meinem Zimmer, aber die Chefin hat sofort eine passende Lösung gefunden. Dadurch habe ich mich wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann es wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Super locatie, sfeervol hotel. Ontspannen omgeving.

Cons:

Het was erg heet 35+ graden C.het hotel beschikt niet over airconditioning.
Moeilijk bewegen in t bad in de 1 persoonskamer. Je kunt er niet in staan en t niet gebruiken als douche door t schuine dak.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Dadurch war es zwar teilweise etwas laut, aber das gehört dann dazu.
Das Frühstück war gut, sehr persönlich und preislich mehr als fair.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider nur zwei kleine Handtücher im Badezimmer (für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind). Zudem war die Tür beim Self Check-in geöffnet und ein Bettbezug lag auf dem Boden. Es hat gewirkt, als wäre der Roomservice unterbrochen worden. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, haben wir die hinterlegte Telefonnummer angerufen (gegen 19:30 Uhr). Uns wurde gesagt, dass leider erst wieder am nächsten Morgen jemand vor Ort wäre und wir daher mit zwei Handtüchern auskommen müssten.
