Pros:

The room was absolutely stunning and staff were exceptional! Prasanka was a notable star of the staff, he was extremely attentive and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Cons:

The location is a bit away from the main city center. However, this is the type of stay to stay on site switch off and relax.

Pros:

It was a lovely stay. We got a free room upgrade and the view was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We got the bed and breakfast option and it was delicious. Would love to come again!!

Cons:

The dinner/ in house restaurant menu was a little underwhelming. The doors in the room did not close well and when it did close it was hard to open them so we struggled a bit. But overall it was still nice.

Very nice and calm
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and very helpful and we enjoyed the private pool and in-room breakfast almost every day.

Cons:

We have several issues with our room - AC dripping condensation on bed and desk. Dust/dirty from room falling on beds. There was an animal on the roof every night crawling around making sleeping slightly nerve-racking.

Pros:

Die Lage ist toll auf dem Berg im Dschungel. Die Häuser sind cool! Das Personal war super freundlich. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Der Pool mit Aussicht aufs Meer war traumhaft.

Cons:

Die Toilette nur mit Vorhang abgegrenzt. Ein wenig Schmutz. Aber kaum der Rede wert!

Pros:

Prachtige locatie, super mooie kamers en ook een upgrade naar een kamer met een privé zwembad was het absoluut waard. Het is hier zo mooi, het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad en lekker ontbijt. Wij hebben echt genoten , bedankt !

Cons:

Wij hadden niet door dat je moest aanvragen om je kamer te poetsen, dat was het enige !

Not worth and you will find insects on your bed!
Cons:

After checking into the room, our first disappointment was the toilet's health faucet, which was broken, we couldn't use the toilet until they fixed it. Even after fixing it, they left the toilet untidy.

The major disappointment was that there was construction work going on throughout our stay, which was very loud and annoying. They shouldn't have accepted the booking if they knew construction was planned, or at the very least, they should have informed us in advance, I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. It completely killed the mood.

Next, even though we booked a room with a private pool, it wasn't private at all, we could see the whole world passing by. In hindsight, I should have just booked a normal room and used the common pool instead.

Our final and biggest frustration was that my kids developed skin allergies after sleeping on the beds. I've attached photos showing insects on the beds that were falling from the roof. It seems the room's window ventilation lets insects straight into the room, and as a result, we had mosquitoes everywhere. Throughout the rest of our Sri Lanka trip, my kids were completely free of mosquito bites and allergies, but as soon as we stayed here, they developed both.

Please don't order food from the in-house restaurant. We ordered dinner one night and it was so awful that we ended up giving it away to the staff, but still had to pay for it, of course. Use food delivery apps like PickMe or Uber Eats instead.
Overall, a disappointing stay for the money, and it's also not close to the beach, by the way.

La salle de bain non fonctionnelle. L’évier présente une fuite et le robinet est à moitié cassé. Il n’y a pas de crochets pour les vêtements et serviette dans la salle de bain. 2 gros cafard retrouvés morts sous le lit dans la chambre. Difficile d’accès

Would have been absolute perfection, if not for the noise upstairs.
Pros:

The view was stunning. The room was spacious and the beautifully designed. The pool was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff members were very nice. All essential amenities were there.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by excessive noise. We were on the ground floor beneath a room with wooden floors, and every footstep from the guests above was clearly audible. We were awake from around 5:30 a.m. because of the noise as they got ready to leave for a whale watching tour. (staff told us later)

After they left around 6:00 a.m, the cleaning staff immediately began cleaning the room above us, dragging furniture, dropping things and creating even more noise for the next couple of hours. This was particularly disappointing because we had already informed the staff about the disturbance earlier that morning. Delaying the cleaning would have made a big difference, especially after we had explained that we hadn't been able to sleep.

It's a real shame because the property itself is beautifully designed and the surrounding nature is incredibly peaceful. However, if guests can't get a good night's rest, it significantly impacts the overall experience.
