チェックイン時にフロントの方に部屋の鍵を間違って渡されて、部屋の電気がつかなかったので電話をしたら「間違ってるので、取りに来て下さい」と言われ、自分でまたフロントまで鍵を取りに行きました。

部屋に着いてから、扉をドンドン叩かれて「お客様、部屋間違ってます」と清掃員(日本人ではない)の方が声をかけに来て、また電気のつかない部屋に戻され、部屋が間違ってた状況を説明しても、「ここで合ってるので待って下さい」と言われ、そのやり取りを何回もし、20-30分くらい部屋に入れてもらえませんでした。

さすがにおかしいと思い、フロントに降りて状況を伝えると、フロントの方に「予約してます？」とついさっきチェックインしたのに言われ、結局始めに鍵を間違った後に言われた部屋で合ってました。
早く部屋でゆっくりしたかったのに無駄な20-30分の時間を取られ、こちらに非があるような言われ方をして、とても気分が悪かったです。

その後に部屋に電話がかかってきて、フロントの方が「すみません。日本語通じないので」と言ってきて、清掃員の方のせいにしていましたが、そもそもフロントの方が鍵を間違ったのが悪いのにあり得ないです。
清掃面も髪の毛がベッドに何本もついてたり、とても不快で、本当は返金もしてもらい、ホテルに泊まりたくもなかったです。
二度と利用したくありません。

色々心配
Pros:

ベッドで眠れる事

Cons:

他の階は分からないですが
部屋の鍵が全部屋共通なのか、
渡された鍵で他の部屋が開けられてしまう。
鍵………必要なのだろうか？
これは部屋番号を間違えてしまった
私自身も悪いのですが、
セキュリティー面で言えば最悪でしょう。
洗面台お風呂共に10分以上お湯を出していましたが
結局水のままお湯にならないため
シャワーが使えず、お風呂は別で済ます事に。
もう二度と利用しないです。
果たして寝るだけで一泊¥4,950は安いのだろうか

宿泊業としての心の通ったサービスを感じられない。
Cons:

１、宿泊した階が５階の為か、バスルームの水圧が悪く、お湯の出は我慢できるが水の出が最悪。
２、数日連泊の為、洗濯機が有る条件下で予約したが、洗濯機の故障に遭遇し選択できず持ち帰った＊＊＊最悪。

駅近く、周りにスーパー、飲食店、コンビニがたくさんある。安い。部屋が広い。喫煙可能。ベッドが大きくて枕、布団がふかふか。

Cons:

風呂の湯が時間帯によっては出ない。出てもぬるい。Ｗｉ－Ｆｉが弱い。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりがない。

Pros:

This place is a scam. It is a love hotel frequented by the mafia and very undesirable characters coming in and out. There is no breakfast—not that you would ever want to eat there anyway—and my belongings were actually stolen by the hotel staff.

I am in total disbelief; I love Japan, and Booking.com should be ashamed of having a place like this available for families. It is a knocking shop for prostitutes. Do not go here ever.
