A lovely stay with a comfortable room and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Very spacious, good AC, respect of privacy, beautiful courtyard.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in un luogo comodo e con molte attività vicine. La stanza è un ambiente unico con bagno separato, che include una piccola cucina e un frigo. Il bagno è spazioso e comodo. La camera si mantiene relativamente fresca tutto il giorno ma comunque ha un condizionatore e ventilatore. Lo staff è gentile.

The location of Casa Mixteca on Av. Roca Blanca can't be beat - restaurants and businesses are right close by, and the beach is only a couple of minutes away. Yet when you step through the street door into the tastefully designed enclosed courtyard space, you feel a sense of calm and respite. My top room at the back only had fans, no AC, but this was sufficient. Rubi and her staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

As others have mentioned, there is some construction going on next door; it wasn't too bad, but once this is complete the hotel should regain peacefulness during the daytime.

At night, sometimes music and vibrations come through from the nearby bar, though earplugs could generally deal with this.

However, it would be hard to pick anywhere that has the benefits of being in the downtown neighbourhood that is assuredly without construction or a disco nearby.

Pros:

La ubicación era excelente ya que estaba a menos de 50 metros del mar.
El pueblo es muy agradable de pasear especialmente al pasear por las tardes.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y la escalera para subir a la habitación era muy estrecha y empinada.
En caso de llevar equipaje abultado es complicado subirlo.

Pros:

Esta perfectamente ubicado cerca de todo, la habitación estaba muy amplia con cocinera estaba perfecta y la cama muy cómoda! Nos recibieron puntualmente y siempre tuvieron una excelente actitud de servicio con nosotros. Disfrutamos mucho el tiempo que pasamos ahí.

Cons:

La regadera sólo sale agua fría, es ideal para el verano pero refresca en época de lluvia.
