Pros:

Früher Check-In (bereits gegen 10 Uhr) war problemlos möglich.
Netter Empfang und gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Zudem proaktiv mit Tipps und Vorschlägen für die Umgebung, sowie bei Fragen immer verfügbar.
Zimmer top, geräumig, bequemes Bett. Nur kaltes Wasser, aber das ist bei der Witterung völlig okay und wurde auch so kommuniziert. Wasser und Kaffee werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Poolbereich auch nett und gemütlich.
Gute Lage in Zipolite. Fünf Minuten bis zum Strand. Zudem Verpflegung, Restaurants etc in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Für mich hat alles gepasst.

Nos encantó la piscina , la limpieza , la cama es muy cómoda y la ubicacion es perfecta. La atención de Pedro fue inmejorable, nos hizo sentir como en casa , muchas gracias! Totalmente recomendable! Sin duda volveremos.

Pros:

Emplacement très bien, juste un peu en dehors de la grande place mais très facile d’accès. Personnel très très accueillant et propriétaire très gentil

A beautiful hotel to put your feet up and relax!
Pros:

It was a relaxing oasis away from the busy beach area. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly as well. I loved that they had coffee and conchas available for us in the morning. It was a nice addition to the stay.

Beautiful stay away from town center.
Pros:

The staff are amazing - super great vibes- and the property is beautiful. It was a lovely place to stay with a charming pool. Great place to be if you want to be a little removed from town center. The coffee in the morning was good and they have cold drinking water available all the time. They allowed us to arrive early on our first day and also leave our luggage in the office so we could enjoy our last day.

Cons:

No real complaints, but for the price, it would have been nice to receive extra towels and toilet paper without having to ask. Our room didn’t have a hammock outside like the other rooms.
