Все хорошо , по приезду встретили , машину припарковали , все принесли , спа отличный , только положительные впечатления

Отличный отель ! Сервис на высоте !

Cons:

Немного расстроил ресторан отеля , очень все медленно , только с 3-го раза смогли принести меню с напитками , сделали заказ по меню .. через некоторое время к нам подошли и сказали что бармен не знает как делать коктейли … нормально не предложили альтернативы , бармен вообще был груб , переместились в соседнее заведение … может не стоит заявлять в меню коктейли и в целом то что не могут сделать … к самому отелю вопроса нет , но ресторан портит впечатление .

Lovely hotel in superb location with terrific facilities, let down by mediocre service
Pros:

Fabulous location, 2 mins walk from town square. Modern hotel with terrific Spa. Breakfast and dinner buffets both superb, particularly the Serbian hams. The hotel has a terraced area for coffee and a la carte meals which we loved, and the service was 5*.

Cons:

Stayed at same hotel 3-years ago when it was a 5*, now 4*. Aside from a la carte restaurant, some service was cold and a little unwelcoming. Further, the activity centre which includes a bowling alley and billiards is now, for reasons unknown, closed. Given that the fabric of the hotel hasn't changed, I suspect the hotel has been downgraded to a 4* because the activity centre is closed and service levels have fallen. Management need to get closer to the business to again offer 5* hotel.

Hotel je u potpunosti opravdao sva naša očekivanja. Dobra lokacija, uslužno i ljubazno osoblje. Spa centar vrhunski.
