Everything is top notch.
Pros:

Номера прекрасные, но за окном шумновато
Pros:

Отличный удобный номер, идеальная чистота, новая мебель, всё, чем пришлось пользоваться, в исправном состоянии. Кто поедет на машине, имейте ввиду, что гугл прокладывает неправильный маршрут, пытается вести через закрытую территорию другого отеля со стороны, с которой нельзя въехать на стоянку. На самом деле после съезда с последнего круга поворачивать направо надо чуть раньше, чем это показывает гугл, там на столбе висит указатель на отель, не пропустите.

Cons:

Местоположение - самый центр. Очень удобно, если надо куда-то пойти, всё рядом. Но обратная сторона этого - в центре шумно, допоздна играет музыка, даже прекрасные стеклопакеты не полностью помогают, а лечь спать с открытым окном вообще невозможно. Завтрак неплохой, но, к сожалению, не шведский стол, приходится заказывать из меню и потом ждать, пока принесут.

房间外环境好。不满意的是员工态度、室内设施。

楼下餐厅方便、价格实惠

Cons:

1、接待员工一句英文也不会，无法沟通，也没有辅助办法。态度生硬、不耐烦。
2、3楼卫生间淋浴龙头漏水、热水器一人洗澡后就没有热水了，只能等到第二天早上再洗
3、我们住3楼、5楼，但WIFI无法使用，找不到帐号，密码无效。墙上的电热器找不到开关、无法使用。

Pros:

The location was perfect, in front of the lake and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all of the necessary utensils. For breakfast you can order from a menu, with plenty of choice. There was free parking in the parking lot of the villa.

Pros:

We stayed for one night at this property as a stopover on our way to Belgrade, and while the apartment itself has genuine qualities, the overall experience was let down by poor communication, inadequate facilities, payment issues, and a lack of basic guest comfort. Serious improvements are needed before I could recommend it to fellow travelers.

The two-bed apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The restaurant on site offers delicious food, and the location directly in front of the lake is lovely. These are real positives, and with better management, this place could earn much higher marks.

Cons:

The hotel has no reception and no logo that matches its listed name on Booking. It is extremely difficult to find using Google. The instructions I received indicated it is searchable under the logo "Masa Apartmani," but that turned out not to be accurate. After a great deal of trouble locating it, I realized upon arrival that the signage may actually read "MAWA," not "MASA." For travelers who do not speak the local language, this kind of confusion is a serious barrier. I would strongly encourage management to provide clearer, more foreigner-friendly arrival instructions.

Wi-Fi in Apartment 3 was completely non-functional. We eventually figured out a workaround by connecting to the Wi-Fi designated for another apartment, but this is not something guests should have to troubleshoot on their own.

The water heater in the room only provided enough hot water for one guest. For a two-bed apartment designed to accommodate multiple people, this is really unacceptable and needs to be rectified.

The checkout process was also problematic. Visa card payment was not working, so we had no choice but to pay in cash. This is a significant inconvenience, particularly for international travelers who may not carry sufficient local currency.

We interacted with two members of staff during our stay. One was from the apartment and came to pick us up upon arrival, which was appreciated. The other was from the associated restaurant and kindly assisted with both breakfast and the checkout process. The reason for this arrangement was that the person from the apartment who handles payments does not speak English. While both staff members were helpful, the language barrier in handling basic transactions like checkout is something the property should address.

To cap off the experience, we were woken at 2:30 AM by loud noise — sounded a party, some people singing, and some angry people knocking on the door. Anyway, terrible experience.
