Bar Personeel niet altijd professioneel
Werd uitgegaan van standaard ontbijt op de rekening en pas als je een opmerking maakte over de kosten werden die in mindering gebracht maar zeg je niets en rij je weg dan heb je dus achteraf pech gehad. Zou andersom moeten zijn.

Insgesamt war es gut, was natürlich von der Lage gepägt war. Einen „längeren Aufenthalt“ schliesse ich zukünftig aus.

Der Service hat zum Teil zum Wünschen übrig gelassen speziell in der Bar (Getränke mussten im Garten selbst geholt werden) und beim Frühstück war das Personal zum Teil schlicht lustlos. Ferner ist es für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht tragbar dass fast kein Englisch gesprochen wird. Darüber hinaus war/ist das Menü immer das Gleiche und hat nur ein paar Gerichte (für längere Aufenthalte nicht geeignet).

Bestes Haus etwas abseits vom Trubel.
Sehr gutes Abendessen im Restaurant und Frühstück im Bistro.
Wenn man Geld hat, sollte man in Etretat unbedingt dahin

Hervorragende Unterkunft für Klippenwanderungen in Etretat
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön- das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und hatte einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer
Frühstück war sehr gut und die Sitzgelegenheit im Garten sehr abwechslungsreich und gemütlich allerdings oft windig
Parkplätze am Hotel vorhanden
Schneller Fußweg in den Ort und gut zu erreichende Küstenwege gleich vom Hotel aus

Schöne Lage, altmodisches Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Auch der Garten und die ganz Anlage ist gut gepflegt. Viele Sitz Möglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Ein kleiner Weg führt hinunter zum Dorf. Grosser Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, allerdings Reservierung und gebührenpflichtig, was bei den Preisen schon eine kleine Unverschämtheit ist. Der Service war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit modernen Prestige Zimmern mit Meerblick, allerdings erhielten wir ein seitlich gelegenes altmodisches Zimmer im hinteren Bereich, mit eingeschränktem Blick (2/3 Dorf, 1/3 Meer). Wir hatten außerdem einen großen Balkon erwartet, (so wie auf den Internet Fotos abgebildet) dieser war aber leider so winzig dass es so gerade für einen kleinen Tisch und 2 Stühle reichte.
Das Badezimmer war auch eher klein. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht dem was man sich unter dem Übernachtungspreis verspricht.
Später wurde uns erklärt dass man bei der Buchung zwischen klassischem und modernem Zimmer wählen kann, was allerdings nicht auf Booking und auch nicht auf der Hotel eigenen Webseite möglich ist.

Toppenläge med fantastisk utsikt. Nära till allt vi ville se. Vänlig personal och bra med parkering. Vårt rum var jättefint och bekvämt och hade en mysig, liten balkong.

Cons:

Det var en lite unken lukt i korridorerna. Saknade a/c på rummet.

The property was on the Cliff side overlooking the beach with a wound of view of the cliffs

Cons:

The Main hotel staff reception was good although they couldn’t get his checked in until 4 pm we had lunch in the Main restaurant and found the staff poor as in they were polite, but the service was really lacking
