Інформація про безкоштовне паркування не відповідає дійсності. Ми обрали цей готель саме тому, що в описі було зазначено, що безкоштовне паркомісце входить у вартість проживання.

Приїхали близько 22:00 і запитали на рецепції, де можна припаркувати автомобіль. Нам відповіли, що готель має лише три паркомісця, і всі вони вже були зайняті. Нам просто сказали шукати місце для паркування самостійно.

Тому виникає питання як до готелю, так і до сервісу бронювання: чому вказана інформація про наявність безкоштовного паркування, якщо фактично воно не гарантується і може бути недоступним? Такий опис вводить гостей в оману, особливо тих, хто обирає готель саме через можливість безкоштовно припаркувати автомобіль.
