All Inclusive offers buffet breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner, supper, drinks (house wine and beers + nonalcoholic) and entertainment children & adults (subject to seasonal demand).

The available restaurants are as follows (availability and schedule may change and are subject to seasonal demand):

- 1 Buffet Restaurant - located on the Ground Floor, available for Breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner;

Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Sao Rafael Suites - All Inclusive of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.

Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions with a link to a secured payment platform.

Pets weighing a maximum of 15 kg are allowed.

Pets are allowed in any type of room.

Only a maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed.

Limit of 10 pets at a time in the hotel.

An additional fee of 25 euros is charged per room, per pet, per night.

Pets are allowed in almost all areas, except the interior of The Garden and the Wellness Hub.

The Tascaria Restaurant is also pet-friendly.

Una estancia muy agradable
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la suite que nos dieron, la amplitud de la misma, la comodidad de los aseos, la cama y almohadas una maravilla.
Dos balcones mirando al mar y a la parte ludica del hotel.
Servicio de buffet, las piscinas… me ha gustado casi todo
Los encargados de sala intentaban adaptarse a tus situaciones alimentarias

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó es que hacían las habitaciones muy tarde diariamente, y sobre todo que para mi gusto la música estaba todo el día muy alta, tanto en las piscinas, como en los salones de restaurantes

We enjoyed our stay we are retired 70 years it was a good break very noisy at times.
Pros:

It was very comfortable and the location was good. The staff were good and we were made to feel welcome. The entertainment ment guy was exceptional at his job.

Cons:

It was very very loud and it was not limited to just one pool area. And due to the World Cup it was heard too loud in the suite.

All lifts out of order. Staff didn’t understand English & just stared. All Inclusive was a joke, don’t bother. Advertised as 5 star but reality 3 star & definitely not charging 3 star £

pas d’animation dans l’hôtel c’est dommage + un membre du personnel se permettant de draguer les clients c’est dommage

Gostei da apresentação do hotel, do tamanho do quarto ( suite) e das instalações.

Cons:

Foi mais do que não gostei.os cortinados do quarto estavam bastante sujos, o que não se compreende num hotel de 5 estrelas. Também acho que no bar perto do restaurante as bebidas deveriam ser servidas na mesa e com uma base por baixo. Mesas estavam quase sempre molhadas. Isto tb não é normal para um hotel de 5 estrelas. Paredes perto da casa de banho tb precisam ser rebocadas e pintadas, pois denotam humidade.

Agréablement surpris
Pros:

Superbe hôtel , bon emplacement ! Réservation d’une chambre de 24m2, à notre arrivée surprise on a été surclassé dans une chambre de 60m2 gratuitement.
Le All inclusive est de qualité, que ce soit le buffet du matin , du midi et du soir.
L’après midi un mini buffet est en place pour également se ravitailler et qui est aussi de qualité.
Les bar intérieur et extérieur font de très bons cocktails, pour ma part un très bon point pour le Caipirinha.
De plus, toujours de l’ambiance, aquagym et activités au bord de la piscine. Un écran géant pour la coupe du monde.
Ils sont également arrangeants, on a prolongé de 1 nuit et ont fait un rabais de 140€ par rapport au prix de booking pour rester dans la même chambre.

Cons:

Un peu loin de la plage , 10-15 minutes à pieds en montée
Le bruit de la musique autour de la piscine peut déranger certains si ils veulent du calme

Foram umas férias maravilhosas e a repetir com toda a certeza
Pros:

O serviço no geral, disponibilidade da equipa no geral, as piscinas, a alimentação e bebidas e bastante animação, o André é excecional e com uma preocupação enorme pela gestão da animação com a equipa da Anamar, Filipa e outros, sem dúvida a alma do hotel!

Cons:

Apenas de um barulho extremo bem fora de horas durante uma noite por um grupo de estrangeiros que ainda se encontravam na zona exterior do buffet. Fora isso tudo impecável
