- 1 Buffet Restaurant - located on the Ground Floor, available for Breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner;
Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Sao Rafael Suites - All Inclusive of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.
Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions with a link to a secured payment platform.
Pets weighing a maximum of 15 kg are allowed.

Quartos espaçosos, cama confortável, duas casas de banho no quarto, não se ouve qualquer barulho dentro dos quartos para a rua e vice versa. Staff de animação muito agradável. Quando partilhamos um aniversário fomos recebidos no quarto com um bolo e champanhe.
Staff do restaurante muito inexperiente, muitos nem falam português. Algumas zonas do hotel desleixadas, casa de banho principal tem um lavatório partido, as portas dessa casa de banho não fecham na totalidade, paredes dos corredores sujas e partidas nalgumas zonas, indicações de zonas partidas. Zona da piscina não é limpa, papéis de palhinhas e beatas de cigarro deixadas no chão durante vários dias. Tudo incluído só inclui caipirinha em termos de cocktails.
We had car trouble and the staff were really helpful trying to call a mechanic to come out. Andre the best part of the hotel called his friend to come see the car. I had my birthday whilst there and they came with cake and prosecco. Amazing staff I will return.

The food was not great ate most evenings out , spa for 20 euros a day was not value and very little in it jacuzzi was not warm

O up grade que nós foi dado para um suíte incrível com surpresa para nossa comemoração
Não foi bem na acomodação e sim nos serviços prestados no bar da piscina não ter copos adequados para tomar vinho, o atendimento no restaurante onde haviam funcionários que não falavam português e não entendiam nada que falávamos, pedi água vinho e cerveja e só fui atendido qdo levantei 3 e fui até a hostess e ela se prontificou a nos atender, mas já estávamos na sobremesa, e isso aconteceu no almoço e no jantar dos 2 dias a bebida só chegou qdo estávamos a terminar a refeição.
Pedimos no quarto que não havia sabonete líquido e nem hidratante no dia seguinte pq a reposição não foi feita e depois de ligar 3 vezes a Receção pq queria tomar banho e não havia sabonete, após 1:30 chegou uma menina apenas com o sabonete e sem os outros item solicitado e com cara de deboche, nos disse é o que tem e eu perguntei se havia a possibilidade de conseguir ela riu alto e disse vou tentar nos andares, perguntei quantos minutos ela disse 10 minutos e estou esperando até agora, talvez chegue pela CTT em casa pq no hotel não fui atendido.
All inclusive muito limitado e fraco tanto de bebidas como de comida, comida sem sabor e sem amor
Pequeno almoço igual pedi uma omelete e disseram que teria custo adicional, frutas verdes azedas e com cascas não dá né.
