The available restaurants are as follows (availability and schedule may change and are subject to seasonal demand):
- 1 Buffet Restaurant - located on the Ground Floor, available for Breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner;
Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Sao Rafael Suites - All Inclusive of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.
Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions with a link to a secured payment platform.
Pets weighing a maximum of 15 kg are allowed.
Pets are allowed in any type of room.
Only a maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed.

Huge suite which really wasn’t necessary as it lacked the more important items like a fridge safe etc .
Our room 126 was very noisy above the restaurant and they had a foam party on with blaring music during the day . Great fun in your twenties but not for me unfortunately . Food was good staff lovely but not a 5 star .

Lo único salvable fue el gran tamaño de la habitación
Nada fue bien desde el principio. Tienen hora de entrada a las 16:00, que no es precisamente pronto. Aún así a esa hora no estaba lista nuestra habitación y tuvimos que seguir esperando sin que el personal de recepción fuese capaz de solucionarlo ni ofrecernos nada a cambio.
El tamaño del comedor era claramente inferior a la capacidad del hotel, como era un todo incluido, se formaban grandes colas en hora punta de cada comida. Lo nunca visto en un 5 estrellas.
En general las instalaciones se veían viejas y faltas de mantenimiento, lo mismo que en l habitación. En una de las duchas era imposible cerrar adecuadamente la mampara (estaba rota), por lo que si se utilizaba el baño entero quedaba inundado.
En fin, un auténtico desastre

Atendimento no bar da piscina muito demorado somente uma pessoa para atender; espera de 10 min para bebe alguma coisa!
Alimentação a desejar, não tinha sequer carne de vaca em nenhum dos dias!

Il manquait certaines choses au niveau des repas je m’attendais à mieux c’était à peu près chaque jour la même chose le dernier jour le déjeuner a été le meilleur de tous
- Our wrist bands were the key card to our room. This is such a small thing but is so nice. Not having to dig through your bag to look for your key card after a long day, you have it on your wrist. It’s so convenient.
- The rooms are spacious and a great size. We didn’t feel cramped in our hotel room.
- Pools were great & clean. We didn’t really have to look for a spot for the pool as they had enough lounge chairs.
- The reception staff were always super helpful and friendly. Any issue or concern we had, they were quick to respond via whatsapp or via the room phone.
- They have some nice beaches next to the hotel. Sao Rafael Beach is close by and a bigger sized beach so you dont feel super cramped next to others. It’s a 10-15 min walk from the hotel.
- Hotel is next to a little convenient store called “Tommy’s”. They have swimming equipment, drinks, snacks etc. We stopped by to get things for the beach and the cashier was super friendly. Its convenient to have something like this near the hotel for when you want snacks for the room or beach. Its a 2 min walk from the hotel entrance.
- At breakfast and dinner’s they had cartoon characters walk around for the kids which i thought was very sweet for the kids on holiday here.
- The buffet at the breakfast, lunch and dinner on floor 0 is relatively small. Not much selection, although, the quality of the food is quite good. They do offer pool bar snacks for lunch times also which is nice & there is an additional restaurant at the hotel but at an additional price.
- We unfortunately encountered a Cockroach in our room. We called the staff to remove it and they came within 5 mins. The staff were super responsive and helpful however, i believe it came from under the room door as there is a little gap. I reported this to the team for it to be looked into. They confirmed to me they forwarded my message to another team member to have this looked into and they got back to be the following morning. The staff are always super helpful.
- The room doors are not soundproof so when you are trying to sleep at night & people are walking past your room & talking / making noise, this will wake you up.

Espaços comuns renovados e buffet com boa variedade e qualidade.
Quartos a precisar de renovação com várias coisas partidas e não funcionais. Tivemos problemas em ambas as casas do quarto familiar (autoclismo teve de ser reparado logo no início da estadia e mau cheiro).
