Pros:

位置超级棒，环境也很棒，田园乡村的风格。一楼是酒吧，很有氛围。隔音效果不错，楼上一点没被影响。工作人员都是大力士，帮我一次抬2个大行李箱上楼，太酷了！

缺了空调，房间有点闷，儿童的沙发床有点软。

We have stayed in Ambleside on numerous occasions and found this establishment the best

I’m not a big eater but cooked exactly what I wanted

Considering they were understaffed I would never have known this as everything thing was super efficient

We enjoyed the location but felt our accommodation fell very short of 4 star. The kitchen ran out of salad and replaced

Catering was dreadful especially breakfast. Curtains in our room were hanging off the rail but when asked to fix was told fittings weren’t available so had to be ordered from Amazon.

Pros:

The area was having a rare heatwave, it was very welcoming that there was two fans in the room before we arrived. Thank you.

Cons:

We stayed just one night as our friends were in the UK for a limited time from Australia. Next time hopefully it will be longer 🙏

The area lovely, the staff very friendly & helpful, the room was a good size with a good view, some parking spaces on site

Cons:

The shower in room 3 had a very shallow tray & a half door so water went onto shower room floor

Pros:

Clean, large room, good shower and towels

Cons:

Breakfast was disgusting. The worst excuse for Eggs Benedict I have ever seen. No toast, very very basic offering.
