Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Lage ist top! Alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit vorallem im Bad war leider nicht gut. (fremde Haare am Duschkopf, sehr viel verkalkt, Fliesen in der Dusche nicht wirklich sauber)
Die Ausstattung entspricht den Bildern, ist aber schon runtergekommen. Betten waren ok.
Der kleine Wohnbereich/Schlafbereich ist direkt vor einer Scheibe und damit von der Straße aus ziemlich offen einsehbar. Der einzige Sichtschutz ist eine Lamellenwand die man schließen kann.

Soddisfacente nel complesso
Pros:

La stanza è piccolina ma molto funzionale, la cucina seppur piccolissima è fornita di tutto l'occorrente necessario. Buona la posizione, 20 Min o anche meno di tram dalle zone centrali e di interesse, discretamente pulito. Termostato regolabile in autonomia, comodo per le giornate piovose o più fredde. Forniscono degli ombrelli all'ingresso.

Cons:

Ci sono delle telecamere di sorveglianza all'ingresso e sul balcone, forse andrebbe rivisto il posizionamento di quelle all'ingresso, gli appartamenti hanno le vetrate, seppur dotati di tapparelle regolabili se necessariamente aperte per la luce, credo si veda all'interno dell'appartamento. Si possono migliorare i cuscini, i materassi sono un po' troppo morbidi ma non particolarmente scomodi. L'isolamento acustico lascia a desiderare non tanto dall'esterno, ma per la stanza accanto. Se non ricevete istruzioni sul check in basta chiamarli e risolveranno in poco tempo.

Pros:

Bad everything we needed.

Cons:

Not very sound-proof in terms of neighbours, kitchen sink was smelly and drained very slowly. Overwhelming smell of bleach throughout our stay.

Péssima experiência, hotel não tem uma recepção para fazer o check in, e quando liguei para o número disse que ia cancelar a reserva por overbooking e me deixaram na rua sem poder entrar no local

Nice property but a bit small for 3 people
Pros:

The room was clean and pleasant and had everything we needed. Check in was fairly simple (though there was a mismatch in communication from the person who'd been WhatsApping us and the host around arrival time meaning we had to rush through a lunch we'd ordered to be allowed in). There were no issues during our stay.

Cons:

The location was fine and I suspect this isn't the hosts' fault rather than a booking.com listing issue with what is counted as the centre of Amsterdam but it was a bit less centrally located than we expected. It was 20-35mins walk to most major sites of interest. It is a studio apartment but it's smaller than it seems on the images (more like a large hotel room), so for 3 of us it was a cramped. We wanted an apartment for the extra space but for the fairly large amount of money we spent, we would have been able to get 2 hotel rooms

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Amsterdam! The location was perfect — it was very easy to get anywhere in the city center, whether by walking or public transport. The apartment itself was spotless and well maintained, with plenty of space for three people to stay comfortably. We were greeted very warmly on arrival and given all the information we needed for our stay, which made everything even easier. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Amsterdam!

Pros:

It's a little out of the central of Amsterdam but with the tram stop so close we had no problem getting there quickly. There are also a lot of great food options in the area. The room was way bigger than we expected and had plenty of room for 3 adults with all their travel gear. Also felt like a very safe neighborhood. Staff was also very friendly!!

Literally nothing!
