The location is amazing

Cons:

Very steep steps to get to the room. Lamps in the shower room did not work and the night light above the bed also didn't quite work.

Pros:

The location was good and the balcony in the room was great.

Cons:

The stairs, we brought a lot of bags as we were camping the next day and we almost died bringing these up. It's a lot of stairs!

Great location but poor WC/shower facilities for the price
Pros:

The location is superb, so central and near to many attractions and great choice of local eateries and bars - I didn’t really need to use the trams at all as everything within walking/running distance. The building itself, within which the hotel is situated, is very old and very beautiful from the outside with a stunning church almost directly opposite though there were ugly roadworks going on in the street and have been this past year I gather. The room was very small and basic but the bed was quite comfy, and the room had a large window with a good view of the street below. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The Accom was very basic as expected and yes the very steep stairs are challenging but this is common in Amsterdam. There was only one WC on this floor (conveniently located next door to my room) and only one showroom. But this is very inadequate for 8 rooms which I counted on this floor. So that is bad despite the price tag of almost 100 euro per night and would definetly put me off booking again in the future

Pros:

Der Balkon war schön und es war günstig mit guter Lage.

Cons:

Die Lampe war kaputt, die Tür hatte einen Riss und jeder konnte rein gucken. Die Dusche war ekelig und das Wasser ist nicht richtig abgeflossen. Die Wände und der Boden waren schmutzig.

The location was immaculate. The conditions in which to get there were a little stressful for seniors.

Cons:

As a senior, it was very uncomfortable. The bed was too soft, no springs. The stairs were four flights all the way up with luggage made it pretty difficult. And for these conditions, the price I believe was a tad steep.
