Excelente localização, escadas pessimas. Chega até a ser perigoso.
Pros:

A localização é PERFEITA, perto de tudo e você não se preocupa com distância para nada. 10min da estação central.
Na loja de doces e salgados da esquina tem um casal que falam português e são extremamente simpáticos.

Único ponto negativo são as escadas. Eu sabia que eram íngremes pelas avaliações daqui, mas vá esperando algo muito pior. Não cabe nem 1 pé no degrau.
Se vc estiver com malas grandes, pense bem antes.

Tout était parfait juste les escaliers pour monter a l'étage beaucoup trop dangereux pour des personnes a mobilité réduite ou meme pour des enfants sinon excellent établissement
