The Staff is amazing. They will make you feel special and at home.
Pros:

The friendly staff made the stay 10 out of 10.

Cons:

No Elevators and no AC, but that’s very common in Amsterdam. As an American, it is hard to comprehend a room without AC, but there was a fan that kept us ventilated.

An interesting room.
Pros:

We had an interesting stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and lovely. 

Cons:

The room however was disappointing. It was VERY small and had no drawers or cupboards (or anywhere really) to store clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases which wasn't great as there was no room to move around. 


The shower and toilet were one wet room and the sink was in the bedroom. Not ideal but wasn't too bad although something to note if you book this room. 


As we were there when the weather was at really hot, the fan in the room was on the floor but didn't have the affect of cooling us down. Therefore we had to rest it on the table, which was too small, so ultimately kept falling off.

Beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

Our room was lovely with 2 windows looking over the canal. The owners were very hospitable. The location was good off of the main drag, with public transportation very close. The value of our room was good.

Cons:

The steps were very steep in his hotel which we knew.

Simply the best
Pros:

I have been to Amsterdam several times but this hotel was head and shoulders above anywhere I have stopped, it’s very clean, the staff are super friendly, it’s a lovely walk into the centre, I also left my expensive headphones in the room and the mailed them back to me in the uk, forever grateful, the only place I would stop when visiting again I owe you a drink Nathalie ♥️

Great small hotel and unbeatable location
Pros:

The hotel is really cute and the room was larger than expected, spacious, with a fireplace, sofa and a gorgeous view.

Cons:

I had a large suitcase and there are no elevators, but the owner was super nice and helped me both going up and coming down the stairs.

Fantastic host Nathalie who made our stay exceptional. She absolutely went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, rooms clean and adequate for what we needed. The location was brilliant, close to trams, shops and Cafes.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great!

Fantastic location & lovely Host
Pros:

Location is excellent. So close to the theatre district, lovely bars & restaurants. The transport network is so very close

Cons:

The hotel is spotless & our beds were made each day. Fresh towels delivered. I couldn't fault this hotel.

Great location, lovely room and view, and friendly and helpful staff. Great! Would stay again.

The room was just right for us as a couple. Shower/bathroom facilities were great and the small double room was very well designed. Coffee pods on hand was a double bonus!

L’emplacement est ideal. Dans un quartier tranquille avec plein de restaurants autours.

Chambre au sous sol. Hotel très vieux. Ca pue l’humidité. Odeurs remontant des canalisations.

Pros:

Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from.All staff we met very friendly and helpful.Nathalie especially who went out of her way to help us find our way around.

Very well located but ask for a larger room. For one person it's OK but 2 is very crowded.
