Location was great and the all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property has a coffee shop. The breakfast included not only very good coffee, cappuccinos and lattes but also a nice European breakfast. It is situated centrally within walking distance to museums, parks, shopping and right across from one of the canals. Would definitely recommend this property.

Service from the team was exceptional. Breakfast was simple but well presented. Coffee was fab! The room was stunning with a great view. the bed was huge, comfy and warm. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and we will be back in September!

A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated boutique hotel above a lovely bakery and tea cafe. The host was very friendly and accomodating. She let us store bags that morning while we explored the city, and brought breakfast supplies to our room the evening before because we had to leave for the airport before the cafe would open. The stairs are narrow and steep, but there are double handrails.

Beautifully decorated spacious rooms with a view onto the canal directly below! Delicious Individually prepared choice of breakfasts. Helpful staff carried our luggage up and down the steep set of stairs. Great location to historic parts of town.

Our stay at 't Hotel was fabulous from start to finish. Location is fabulous. Our room was beautiful. Really comfortable bed. Great breakfast. The staff could not have done more to help us. Even printing off our boarding passes and storing our luggage even after check out to enable us to go sightseeing. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough

The hotel is beatiful and excellently located. You can tell they have really put thought into it! My room was beautiful and very spacious. The staff are very friendly and were very accommodating.

What an incredible special hotel! Not only is it absolutely gorgeous (each room decorated beautifully with bespoke wallpaper and saturated colors) but the folks who run it are so very caring and personable. We arrived early the first day and dropped off our luggage to be stored. When we returned promptly at 2:00 pm (the check-in time) our room was ready, the luggage had already been brought up and the woman at the front desk was happy to help us out with dinner ideas. The next morning we mentioned we had been warm overnight and could we borrow a fan? Instead they brought a portable ac unit (the weather was just warming up so I believe these are usually in the rooms). We also mentioned we had an early tour the next and could they throw something together for breakfast. No problem, Jasmine remembered our morning order and said she would bring it up the night before and we could store in the room refrigerator (she also did this for us our last morning). Finally when I came down with a stomach bug on the last day, Jasmin sprang into action bringing me still and sparkling water and some anti-nausea options. Thank you Jasmine and team for making me feel incredibly well cared for. We may have to come back just to stay with you!

We loved everything!! Our room was great - the stairs were a bit challenging at first but got used to them quickly!! The breakfasts were amazing....our hosts helped with anything we requested...calling taxis, recommendations for restaurants...etc... The location was perfect for our plans!!

Everything about the hotel was excellent, from staff, location, cleanliness and room. There are just not enough words to describe the friendliness of the staff including Martin. I do not know the names of the other staff members but they were all so nice and made you feel part of the family. They did everything to make us feel welcome and have an enjoyable stay. If I return to Amsterdam, I would stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
