Pobyt w hotelu zapamiętamy głównie przez awarię, która miała miejsce drugiego dnia po sniadaniu. Wraz ze znajomymi utknęliśmy w zaciętej windzie na 45 minut. W kabinie panował ogromny zaduch, a przycisk alarmowy nie działał. Po dodzwonieniu się na recepcję z telefonu komórkowego, personel zareagował z dużym opóźnieniem, a po uwolnieniu nas nie zaoferowano nam żadnej pomocy ani przeprosin. Poza tym incydentem hotel prezentuje się poprawnie, ale ze względu na brak profesjonalizmu obsługi w kryzysowej sytuacji, nie polecam tego miejsca.
