Pros:

Cleanliness.

Cons:

No staff. AC didn't work. We had to carry luggage ourselves. I am 80 my wife is 77. No tea coffee sachets.

It was nearer to my work place

Cons:

Bathroom was not comfortable, no hand-wash, shower head was blocked. No consistent hot water supply from the shower head. Toilet seat was not comfortable. Since it was split bed, bed was splitting into two.
