Had a very comfortable stay at Richmond Residency. The location is excellent, close to MG Road and Brigade Road. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a good stay and value for money. Would definitely recommend it.

Compensation would be some justice served to me, for my harassment
Pros:

Nothing : I was not allowed to stay, as this hotel doesn't accept reservations from booking.com

Cons:

The service of Booking.com, who didn't have a clue of what may happen to a traveller with an eye condition when he is denied a stay after a long journey from a different part of the country
