Very disappointing experience – avoid if possible

I booked this hotel through Booking.com for **2 adults and 1 child** and paid for the booking accordingly. However, when I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, I was told that the reservation was only for 2 adults and that the child was not included.

Since I had no practical option at that late hour, I was **forced to pay an additional amount (1000 Rs) at the hotel** for my child.

What was even more frustrating was the response from both Booking.com and FabHotels. After raising a complaint, **both parties simply kept directing me to the other**, instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue.

As a customer, I should not have to suffer because of a communication or booking-system issue between the hotel and booking platform.

Very poor customer service and a highly disappointing experience. **I would not recommend this hotel or this booking experience to anyone, especially families travelling with children.**

Old pictures, small lodge

Room size is good enough

Cons:

Building picture in website is not accurate. They just have one floor in that building . Also the pictures are very old ,now all are worn out. It is a small lodge. Very low quality spring mattress

Most miserable experience

The size of the room

Cons:

Very impolite staff with no attitude to be on a cuatomer facing role. Rooms unkept, and absolutely not maintained. Very poor linen and overused towels. No water served and everything need to be asked for twice atleast. AC was just about working.

Rooms are big. Clean. . Also all staff were good except one of the receptionist
