Most miserable experience

The size of the room

Cons:

Very impolite staff with no attitude to be on a cuatomer facing role. Rooms unkept, and absolutely not maintained. Very poor linen and overused towels. No water served and everything need to be asked for twice atleast. AC was just about working.

AC and even fan stopped working when it was very necessary at the peak of afternoon not backedup by generator facility. No dental kits were available. No water bottles were available. No towels too
