Excelente estancia
Pros:

La ubicación, la comodidad y la amabilidad del personal, y el desayuno buffet incluido

Cons:

La habitación tenía muchos desperfectos y la ducha era incómoda, con una mampara minúscula y difícil regulación de temperatura

Excellent location. Would go back again.
Pros:

The location is amazing. Right in nature. Extremely close to Bilbao. The breakfast was simple but nice with different types of milk, nice bread, etc. There was filtered water all the time. The hotel has seen better days.

Cons:

The bathroom lights weren’t working. The fridge wasn’t working.

Hotel en plena naturaleza, buen desayuno.
Pros:

Me gustó la zona, estuve muy a gusto, la ducha es algo antigua pero sale fenomenal el agua, las toallas son auténticas, grandes y suaves. El desayuno es muy completo, para mi suficiente, con zumo de naranja natural. Hay parking cubierto gratuito con ascensor y tienen otro exterior.

Cons:

Fui con la familia, ocupamos tres habitaciones, una de ellas era más vieja, tenía bañera y no era tan cómoda como la mía que tenía ducha. Había luces fundidas que no cambiaron, si bajamos a pedirlo pero no llegaron a ponerlas antes de irnos.

Calidad precio no recomendado.
Pros:

El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bien

Cons:

Los colchones son de muelles y están ya muy utilizados . Había telarañas por el techo, la ducha de hidromasajes de la habitación no funcionaba, el riel de la cortina acabado con cinta aislante negra y el mobiliario está viejo y muy usados y desgastados .

La tranquilidad del sitio

Cons:

En la descripción de la habitación decía que tenía aire acondicionado. La habitación que me asignaron no tenía aire acondicionado. Tenía un pequeño calefactor de mano. La persona, por llamarlo de alguna manera al subser que se encargaba de los desayunos era el tipo mas maleducado y arrogante que me he encontrado hasta ahora. No sólo conmigo sino con otras personas. Te arruina el desayuno.

Jammer dat de muziek wat onder het hotel ligt zo hard stond buiten.
Pros:

Kamer was mooi en schoon
Vriendelijk personeel en deden hun best en gaven ons een kamer in het oude gedeelte.

Dat het boven een restaurant zit en daar de muziek voor overlast zorgde.
