Superb stopover.
Pros:

The young lady at reception, Eva, was brilliant. Polite cheerful and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for better. A credit to the hotel.

Our room was newly appointed and comfortable with a little terrace. Everything we needed for our overnight stops was there and the beds were comfortable

Being able to put our motorcycle in some covered parking away from view was also welcome.

Cons:

Not so much a dislike but could have done with a couple more pillows in the room. And we couldn't find the remote for the TV anywhere not that it was a problem as we went to bed early anyway.

Pueblecito tranquilo y el hotel muy acogedor y el personal también.
El recepcionista de tarde Eder fue muy amable al esperarme para poder hacer el check in, ya que yo viajaba desde lujos.
Lo recomiendo!!

Cons:

La rampa del parking,ya que mi coche es muy vajo y rascaba al salir....pero todo genial.

Personal agradable y buen trato.Aunque la primera noche nos dieron una habitación que tenía mal aspecto;rodapiés levantados, telas de araña...pero sobre todo el colchón viejo, deformado y hundido por el centro ( toda la noche sin pegar ojo, dando vueltas e intentando acomodarnos). Al día siguiente hablamos con la recepcionista, muy amable, y nos cambió a otra habitación, en otro edificio que se veía nuevo, con buenas instalaciones...Nosotros contentos porque esa noche íbamos a dormir y nada que ver, había una boda en el salón del hotel y los asistentes se hospedaban en el resto de habitaciones por lo que estuvieron toda la noche de risas y fiestas en la terraza de la habitación, y aunque las puertas tenían doble acristalamiento parecía que los tenía metidos en mi cama, por lo tanto, segunda noche sin dormir...nos levantamos de mal humor y con las ojeras llegándonos al piso.La tercera y última noche pudimos descansar porque ya se habían ido los invitados y teníamos cansancio de varios días acumulados. En resumen, yo creo q aunque haya una boda en el hotel, los asistentes deben cumplir las normas y respetar a los otros huéspedes que no están de festejo y que buscan un lugar, como ese hotel, para descansar .Por otro lado, no calificar el hotel como cómo y confortable, como leí en las reseñas, cuando la cama del primer día se estaba cayendo a cachitos, se me clavaban hasta los muelles del colchón. En fín, esa es mi experiencia...70% mala, 30% buena.

La ubicación junto al riachuelo es espectacular, un lugar tranquilo y envuelto en naturaleza

Cons:

El hotel necesita mantenimiento hay varias cosas rotas o que no funcionan bien, se nota que no se da un mantenimiento bien dado hace años, en mi habitación la ducha era casi imposible de encontrarle el punto al agua, las lámparas de noche tenían falsos contactos y parpadeaban, la encimera del lavamanos estaba medio despegada y sostenida con un taco de madera, es cierto que es un hotel muy económico pero necesita un retoque.
