Fantastische hikes
Pros:

Het resort is prachtig gelegen in de Drakensbergen. Ze doen er alles aan om zo milieubewust te kunnen werken. Het is fijn dat de maaltijden inbegrepen zijn. Ook de begeleide wandelingen zijn inbegrepen en wat zijn die de moeite waard!
Alle staf is even vriendelijk, huisje brandschoon.

Cons:

Het was niet helemaal ons concept, maar dat lag aan ons en het leeftijdsverschil met overige gasten.

Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage in den Drakensbergen. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. WIr hatten Vollpension, das Essen war von sehr guter Qualität.

Im Speisesaal wird einem ein fester Tisch zugewiesen, was wir durchaus angenehm fanden.

Erwähnenswert ist auch der Weinkeller, in dem man sich aus großer Auswahl seinen Wein zum Essen aussuchen kann.

Als nicht ganz so sportliche Wanderer haben wir drei einfachere Touren ausgewählt (Fern Forest, The Grotto, Natural Pool), die direkt vom Hotel aus starten, sich auch für Ungeübte problemlos meistern lassen und tolle Ausblicke in die Landschaft bieten. Auch der Spa ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Unseren Leihwagen hatten wir im Parkbereich unter Bäumen abgestellt. Nach 2 Tagen war er durch Vogelkot "verziert".
Man hat sich sofort entschuldigt und den Wagen tiptop gereinigt.

Wir können The Cavern uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Un havre de paix et de raffinement au pied du Drakensberg
Pros:

Le cadre et les marches, la cuisine variée et savoureuse le confort de la chambre et les activités proposées. Le jardin est très beau mais plusieurs espèces d'oiseaux manquaient à l'appel

חוויה של פעם בחיים.
היינו זוג מומלץ גם למשפחות עם ילדים, אפשר לבלות שם מספר ימים.

I cannot fault anything. It was fantastic. The people working at the Cavern and the venue was lovely. The food was outstanding. Complements to the Chef or Chefs and all their staff. I had a fabulous holiday. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

It was a beautiful location with amazing views. The rooms were so comfortable and clean and the food was excellent. We loved the short hikes all around the location and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all fantastic.
