Pros:

This was my first ever short break out of Scotland to blacklpool as a single mum with 3 kids 2 of which are under 5. Mandy and Jedd were very accommodating and helpful our entire stay extremely friendly and helped where they could with trips amd taxis etc I had booked! I will absolutely be back can't recommend this hotel enough 🥰♥️ Thank you so much guys xx

If ever you’re in Blackpool, you need to stay here

Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and owners lovely

Cons:

The bedroom was on the first floor only had a little window whichbwas round the corner and the room was like a hot house and we couldn't sleep. Was asked if we had brought a fan as they didn't have enough for every room. The kettle was on top of.the cupboard and had to put it on the floor as the lead didn't reach the plug hole

Lovely friendly relaxed b&b. Will stay here again
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were met with a friendly welcome, the owner went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, right up to leaving. Nice and relaxed. We stayed here whilst attending a dance competition, the owner Mandy adapted the breakfast times to suit us. Allowed us to order a takeaway and eat in the bar area, provided us with plates and cutlery. I will definitely book to stay here again for future competitions in Blackpool.

Cons:

The only thing for me was the bed/mattress wasn’t the comfiest, but everyone has their own preferences and not enough to stop me staying here again.

Was like being at home safe warm and friendly
Pros:

Homely and welcoming extremely clean
Staff were 100000000 out of ten my daughter didn’t want to leave and mandy you are a credit to the tourist industry your genuine funny caring and lovley and we couldn’t of asked for a more lovley host!!

Room 12 toilet handle didn't flush. No alternative rooms available, very disappointed throughput thev4 day stay, having to manually flush with the bathroom plastic bin was all that was availabke
