The kettle didn’t work and the breakfast was very basic. Also, the parking was not available (gate was stuck apparently)

A good experience overall just would’ve been nice if the little things hadn’t been overlooked, would stay again

Comfy bed, central location, nice view from the window, clean overall

Cons:

Dirty glass and cup provided, bulb missing from the light shade, thin walls and noisy guests disrupted sleep, several texts asking about my time of arrival was a bit annoying, my initial message about parking was ignored

Fine for a one-night stay, but due to the damp smell, lack of facilities, and overall comfort issues, We wouldn’t choose
Pros:

There is a car park close by. The entrance is clean and check-in / check-out was straightforward. Fine for one night to get your head down but couldn’t stay much longer.

Cons:

The bathrooms do not have extractor fans, which left them smelling very damp. In our room, there was no space provided to hang clothes, so we had no choice but to leave them on the floor. My parents’ room was also extremely hot; it seemed the hotel was aware of this issue, as they had been provided with an old, very noisy fan.

Additionally, both rooms had a noticeable musty smell, possibly from the carpets - which could be improved to create a more pleasant first impression for guests on arrival.

Lovely welcoming place to stay and great price
Pros:

The property was easy to find and well located. We received a warm welcome and were able to check in early. It was clean and whilst the room was small, it was adequate and had everything we needed. Shower was great, nice and hot and powerful. Tea and coffee in room. Very comfortable bed and comfy pillows. Good lighting and good mirrors.

Cons:

The curtain didn’t quite reach the end of the window, so the light did wake us earlier than we’d like.
No mention of breakfast, and from other reviews it appears maybe there isn’t an offering at the moment, it didn’t really matter as we ate locally later that morning but shouldn’t really stipulate breakfast is included if it isn’t.

A friendly professional welcome from Diane who answered any questions that we had with a smile. Central location. Modern B n B with nice touches in the room. The shower was excellent. I have never stayed on a B n B in Blackpool that had such a modern shower with hot water and great pressure. The beds were comfy. The heating was warm and cosy and if you needed fresh air the windows opened and there was also a fan in the room. The added touch of a decent iron and ironing board was awesome and a hairdryer in the room . The WiFi was super fast too. Can't fault this B n B and we will stay again in the future for sure!
