Room was dirty, cold and unsuitable to say the least. Nobody empties bins or tidied round at all. Shared bathroom was dirty

Beds was ok got a sleep anyway an 5 min walk to main prom /beach its just a family house to house. Cleaness id give it 4/10 few cobwebs needs decorating but nothing more if people want luxury go an pay alot more money this is just enough to get ur head down on a budget . I would stay here again if it was last min booking .

Cons:

Needs to keep on top of bathrooms bas urine on floor an makes it smell . Had to bin my socks as went loo 5 in mornin an stood in it . An Not sure about shower as waited till i was home .

Shower dirty and full of mold,carpets dirty ,had to wash on the landing ,no tv remote ,this place by far the worst I've stayed in Blackpool would advise people never stay there disappointed

Pros:

This hotel was NOT a hotel.

It states it's newly refurbished ..I had Room 14
It was NOT clean ...
I paid for a double en suite room... I got a room with a sink

The sink was dirty

There was NO wardrobe but drawers with my handles

Cons:

The rook wasn't clean

The drawer's had NO handles on half of them

The wallpaper was peeking off .the carpet wss dirty

There was NO wardrobe

The boys in the rooms next to me were constantly blasting music from a stereo & speakers till midnight ...

The I realised there were NOT paying quests but renting the rooms ..
The owner clearly didnt care about guest's

The tv had NO remote or buttons on the actual tv to watching had to wait from lunchtime till 8 pm for him to come out to look the eventually had to change tvs so I could at least have one
The shower rooms weren't clean

The people living there were constantly slamming doors and up & down smoking weed .
