Avoid this. Potential to be lovely but far from it at the moment.
Pros:

The hostess was lovely. Tea or coffee offered on arrival. Sea view. Comfy bed

Cons:

No hot water from sink tap in bathroom. Could not get to the sink properly with it being squeezed down the side of the shower screen between the screen and the wall being approx 1.5ft wide. Attempted to splash cold water on me from the sink and it developed a leak under the sink. Temperature was similar to a sauna in the room. Tv was the size of a laptop screen and located as far up high in the corner of the room as possible. Tried the shower and couldn't get any water (hot or cold). Made a coffee, after using a cup to fill the kettle up because the kettle wouldnt fit in the sink. Coffee was disgusting. At least they'd left a bottle of water in the room. However it wasn't sealed so guessing it was simply tap water and no idea when it had been filled up so I left that. £60 isnt top end I understand but this should have been £30 max. Had a bar but only sold cans and cash only so couldn't even drown my sorrows.

Pros:

My friends and I were made to feel extremely welcome by friendly and very obliging staff who knew there were some special circumstances, allowed early check-in, spoilt my friend's dog, made sure we had rooms next to each other, provided an excellent selection of healthy breakfast foods on top of cooking a full English breakfast, and who clearly ensure the hotel is clean and that beds and chairs are comfortable.and rooms provide all that is necessary when spending time away from home.

Blackpool b&b at its best!
Pros:

This was my 2nd stay at Brincliffe Hotel, and again I loved the whole experience.
The location on the North Shore of Blackpool is ideal as far as I'm concerned, as you are away from the 24 hrs summer madness of the centre, but easy access by tram stop in front of hotel.
Wonderful host indeed. Very dog friendly. Fantastic, amazing breakfast. My room was beautifully decorated.
(I was upgraded to a bigger seaview bedroom to allow space for my dog...very sweet and appreciated)

Cons:

Exterior window cleaning would greatly help with enjoying the sea views.
