A nice hotel, a very firm mattress and unfortunate breakfast was so late it was unavailable the first 2 evenings but very nice on the last day. Would have been great to have had this bailable on every day for earlier starts

Lovely place
Pros:

Sue & Tony are so friendly, greeted when arrived and made a drink. Rooms have got plenty of storage space,drawers and wardrobes.

Cons:

It's half anhour walk to North pier,tram stop right outside the hotel and there is a bus stop outside which takes you to Fleetwood or Blackpool.
