We had an absolute fantastic time in Blackpool. Ray and Amanda were so nice. Sorted us out when we arrived early. It was roasting hot and others from other hotels nearby were left out in the heat but Amanda sorted them out which was nice to see. The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean.
Ray was always on hand if you needed him to be and was really good with our kids. We will definitely be returning next year to the Pearl hotel but undecided for the summer or the illuminations.
My son also has a new love for fried bread, which I now need to master cooking. Breakfast service was also fantastic!!

Great location and perfect for our family of 5. Ray was very welcoming and made a gorgeous fry up in the morning.

The hotel was amazing, not a spec of dust etc to be seen. Breakfast included was fantastic and the whole family enjoyed it. The hosts were lovely people and should be extremely proud of all their hard work as it definitely shows in the hotel itself.
Nothing we will definitely be back in the future.

Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Bed very comfortable. Location was perfect. Near the tower and beach
having to leave at 10a.m would have preferred to leave at 12

We liked everything
Excellent value for money. Facilities and room clean and well maintained. Lovely, warm welcome from host and all staff we encountered. Great to have the resident bar available after plenty of steps up and down the Prom! Breakfast was fantastic and again small, personal touches made a huge difference. We will be back.
Pillows could have been better quality - slightly uncomfortable and in the hot drinks packs that are so thoughtful, consider long life milk sachets as no fridges provided - but that is being super picky.
