Adler staff is outstanding--friendly and knowledgeable-the food is absolutely fantastic!
Pros:

The Adler provides excellent service and the food is exceptionally good. I always love staying at the Adler...except during hot summer months.

Cons:

My only critique is that it does not have air conditioning. In the summer months that can make rooms located on upper floors uncomfortable. But, during a heatwave, it can make the stay intolerable. We spent 3 nights at the Adler during the peak of the hottest days in German recorded history on the 3rd floor (bedroom was one level higher than the entrance to the room making it impossibly hot). Two days were well over 100 degrees and the sweltering heat was hard to manage. There was a fan but it only recirculated warm air. However, if you were wet and lay in front of it, then it worked to cool you down. A hotel of this caliber with the high prices it charges needs to step up its game and invest in air conditioning. This will not be the last heatwave--it is a sign of what's ahead.

Freundliche Begrüßung, Zimmertausch wegen der Treppen rasch möglich. Leider konnte das Hotel dann in der Preisberechnung

Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider zu allen Zimmern sehr viele Treppen. Ansich charmant, mit Handicap etwas schwierig.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Adler, in dem wirklich alles passt.
Pros:

Rundum alles, angefangen von geräumigen, ruhigen Zimmern mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage, einem sehr guten Frühstück, ein hervorragendes Restaurant und einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Dazu eine herzlicher Seniorchef der zusammen mit seiner Frau dafür sorgt, dass man sich in diesem Hotel sofort sehr wohl und willkommen fühlt. Bei diesem Hotel ist alles sehr stimmig und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen.
