Mały spokojny hotel przy dobrej drodze dojazdowej. Czysto, schludnie, cicho.
Brak uwag
Niestety mój pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo nieprzyjemnym doświadczeniem. W przydzielonym pokoju znajdowały się pluskwy. Co gorsza, personel był świadomy problemu, a mimo to pokój został nam przydzielony. Jest to sytuacja absolutnie niedopuszczalna i świadczy o braku szacunku do gości.
Dopiero po zgłoszeniu problemu otrzymaliśmy inny pokój. Pani z recepcji, z wyraźną niechęcią i bardzo nieprzyjemną miną, łaskawie zgodziła się zmienić nam pokój, zamiast od razu przeprosić za zaistniałą sytuację i profesjonalnie rozwiązać problem.
Jestem bardzo rozczarowany poziomem obsługi oraz podejściem hotelu do tak poważnego problemu. Nie polecam tego miejsca i z pewnością już tam nie wrócę.
