For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.
Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

Pænt sted med lækker pool, god restaurant og go morgenmad.
Vi besøgte det i juli og der var over 30 g varmt, men der var ikke aircondition så vi kunne ikke sove om natten fordi vores værelser var så brand varm.
everything but mattress as I do not like soft once but this is my preferences 😉
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely and clean.
As we were there to attend a wedding we didn't get chance to make use of all the facilities but the hotel offers plenty.
We did eat in the lounge bar one evening, the food and the service were great.
The coffee and hot chocolate when the machine worked
I booked a four-night stay at the Cambridge Belfry expecting a relaxing luxury spa break. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.
From the moment we arrived, our room was unbearably hot. The window only opened by around an inch, so there was virtually no airflow. The fan provided in the room barely worked and was extremely noisy. Before going out on our first evening, I asked reception if the fan could be replaced. When we returned, nothing had been done. I asked again and was assured it would be sorted, but once again nothing happened, and the same faulty fan remained in the room.
When I went to bed, I discovered that the bedside light switches and plug sockets on my side of the bed were not working. I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room, meaning I couldn't even keep it by my bed to use as a torch during the night. Because the room was so unbearably hot and there was no ventilation, I had an awful night's sleep and woke up feeling so unwell that I was physically sick. I then had to find my way to the bathroom in the dark because the electrics on my side of the room were not working.
I also informed the hotel that I have previously suffered a stroke and that I experience seizures, and that excessive heat can affect my condition. Despite making them aware of this, no urgency was shown in resolving the issue. I feel this should have been taken far more seriously.
The following morning we went to breakfast, and unfortunately things only got worse. The juices were not labelled, so because of allergies we asked staff what was in them. No one could answer. They disappeared to ask someone else, came back saying the orange juice contained orange, but still couldn't tell us what else was in it. They had to go away and ask again. I found it completely unacceptable that staff serving food were unable to provide basic allergen information.

Perfect for what we needed, clean and comfortable
The beds were small, there was no air conditioning and only a tiny window and tiny fan provided. The bar area was quite worn on the seating and very very cold
Quiet Location, lovely outdoor area to relax in the sun, with umbrella for shade too, Also supermarket and few shops and restaurants close by.
