Important information:


For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.

Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

Please see below our dedicated Children swim times:
Monday > Friday: 09:00 - 10.00 (Summer holidays only) and 14:30 - 18:30,
Saturday & Sunday: 08:30 - 10:30 and 14:30 - 16:30Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Good space, lots of amenities and good location
Pros:

Good - Property was beautiful. The rooms we're a bit tired but clean and lots of space in the jr suite and good location and really friendly staff and free mini bar with alcohol

Bad - bed was really uncomfortable, shower was good but small and tv wasn't great

Slightly disappointed with Spa and dining experience, room lovely and clean.
Pros:

Room was lovely, very clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Spa facilities restricted and less relaxing due to regular swimming lessons. Restaurant felt under staffed and customer service inadequate following complaint regarding issues raised.

I would stay again as the location was more preferable to some of the other available.
Pros:

Location was lovely and quiet. It was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The bed was very squeaky and there wasn’t enough pillows. The sink tap worked but find you waste a lot of water trying to find the right temperature of flow.

It’s starting to look a bit tired, the room was beginning to look scruffy. Kids running around in the bar and very dirty in the bar

Fijn verblijf, maar misleidend om mooie foto's van een zwembad te plaatsen zonder toelichting.
Pros:

Prachtige kamer

Cons:

Zwembad alleen onder zeer specifieke tijden toegestaan voor kinderen. Onze kinderen hadden zich erg verheugd op een duik en dat mocht niet.

Friendly staff and an excellent selection in the breakfast buffet

Cons:

The shower gel was empty in the gents swimming pool changing room. (This is a very minor thing in what was an excellent stay)

Leek leuk te liggen t.o.v. Cambridge maar het was heel ver er vandaan en niks te doen in de buurt

Cons:

Super slecht smal zacht bed. Zwembad in heel ander gebouw, geen informatie over te vinden. Mompelend personeel
