No bottled water in room
Hotel a 15 min a piedi dal centro di Cambridge. stanze belle e letto super comodo. Tipica Colazione inglese servita al tavolo e un piccolo buffet. Parcheggio incluso, con diversi posti auto e proprio accanto alla struttura.
The breakfast was ok.
The bed was positioned below the sloping ceiling so neither of us could sit upright,ok its a bed,but I have stayed in many hotels with work & leisure and never have I expereinced a bed positioned where one had to bend to get out of the bed.We did attempt to move it but the headboard was screwed to the wall as the wall opposite the door would have been a much better position for the bed on a flat wall.

Très bonne implantation presque au centre-ville. Parking gratuit. Rue passante mais calme à la nuit. Prix raisonnable pour Cambridge. Très propre. Personnel très agréable.

The car parking
The room was very small so small that there was an ironing board which would be impossible to use unless stood in hall outside of the room.
It was so hot the fan was inadequate as ground floor you could not leave window open
Car park on site, very clean and comfy bed. Easy access into center down main road, With buses running if you don’t want to walk. Local restaurants nearby.

Right in the middle of everything and small enough to genuinely feel cozy. They were very kind to me as well and will absolutely use again.

Loved the location in Cambridge, an easy walk from the train station.
If you are a reasonably fit person who is able to walk this hotel is a great location. We walked everywhere during a 2 day stay. There are bus stops close to the hotel though.
Our room was at the back of the property overlooking the car park and therefore quieter than those rooms at the front as the road is quite busy.
There is construction work until January 2027 across the road but we didn't get disturbed by it.
The room was small (twin beds) but good value. Nicely decorated and all linens were excellent quality. Comfortable pillows. Bathroom was a bit cramped and the bath over shower was high to step in and out of - check this if you struggle.
Tea and coffee are provided which we welcomed but there is never enough milk in any hotel! I'm sure they would give more if asked.
Staff who greeted us were absolutely lovely and very helpful. We arrived in town early and we'll before check in time but I had enquired about safe bag storage and they accommodated this for us making our day ahead much lighter!
Breakfast was extremely lovely, lots of choice and prompt and helpful service staff. We chose not to have our evening meal in the hotel but the menu looked good.
When we stayed the whole of the UK was experiencing the most oppressive heatwave. This hotel does not have air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Despite a large electric fan being provided it really was of minimal help.
The step into the bath for the shower is very high and might have been an issue for some people although we managed it. We struggled with adjusting the temperature of the shower, it was very hot!
These, it has to be said, are minor niggles and we didn't report them to reception.

The bar prices are a bit high but the puds are the same it's what you expect in Cambridge.
The hotel is nicely presented, smallish rooms but large clean bathroom. The hotel with private parking was 1/2 hour walk to the Ciy Centre but plenty of public transport available. Good breakfast and friendly staff
We stayed on one of the hottest days of the year there was a fan in the room but it was still too hot we couldn't have the window open due to the road noise.
