The hotel has been built and finished exquisitely. It’s tranquil and stylish. Dinner at the main restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The local town is charming.
It’s a wonderful place. If I could improve one thing, it would be the pool, which is compact. But the pool area, the loungers and the food/drink service were all excellent.

Tout était absolument exceptionnel, du début à la fin. La propreté est irréprochable, les équipements sont de grande qualité et rien ne manque pour passer un séjour parfait. La décoration est magnifique, avec un mélange de styles ancien et contemporain réalisé avec énormément de goût.
Le lieu est tout simplement unique : séjourner dans un ancien monastère rénové est une expérience à part entière. Le charme historique du bâtiment est parfaitement mis en valeur tout en offrant un confort digne d’un établissement haut de gamme.
Un immense merci également au personnel, qui a été d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’une disponibilité remarquables tout au long de notre séjour.
Honnêtement, c’est un sans-faute. Cet établissement mériterait largement un 5 étoiles tant tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L'hôtel était sublime. Les photos actuelles ne rendent pas justice au charme de l'hôtel (ancien couvent et école pour religieuse - la bâtisse est donc très belle et originale). L'hôtel est très calme, et même s'il était complet nous ne croisions jamais personne.
La piscine est très belle avec une superbe vue sur le petit château.
La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, le lit immense.
Le petit-déjeuner était bon.
Le parking gratuit était super.
Le petit déjeuner était bon mais il manquait un grille-pain pour faire griller ses tartines.
Sinon, tout était parfait !
We had a wonderful stay at Creu de Tau Art & Spa Hotel in Capdepera. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the interior and design are stunning, everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were always very friendly and welcoming.
The location worked perfectly for us. We rented a car because one of the most important things for us was to explore Mallorca’s different beaches and coves, and from Capdepera we were able to visit almost all the places we wanted to see. We had such a great time discovering the island and then coming back to this peaceful and beautiful hotel.
Capdepera itself is a charming and quiet little town. There isn’t much nightlife, so if you’re looking for more restaurants, bars and a livelier atmosphere in the evening, Cala Ratjada is only about a 5-minute drive away, which was perfect for us.
Beautiful hotel that felt so relaxing due to there being relatively few bedrooms. You could almost picture the nuns walking around in a previous life! The breakfast was so fresh and delicious. The staff were so friendly and attentive - they couldn't do enough for you. The pool area is just lovely. Hotel is in great location - 5-10 mins in car to beach area but nice to come back here to relax. The main square few minutes walk has some lovely places to eat would definitely recommend going there. We will absolutely be back to visit.

Les piscines sont salés, la climatisation au dessus du lit qui goutte donc on dors avec des gouttes d’eau sur nous et des frais que j’ai dû payer car j’ai annulé un message car c’était un homme et tout cela ne m’a pas étais prévenu au préalable (ni que ce soit un homme ni que je devrais payer si j’annulais la réservation)
J’ai quand même payé alors que c’était le jour de mon anniversaire sans même un « joyeux anniversaire » de la part de la manager en plus pour un hôtel à ce prix là (1500€ les 3nuits) je ne trouve pas cela correct du tout je suis assez déçu
Die Optik ist sehr schön, das Frühstück ok und das Gebäude sehr schön.
Parkplätze eigentlich immer vorhanden. Duft in der Lobby angenehm, schöne Einrichtung (wenn auch in den Zimmern selbst teils etwas Deko, Kunst und Liebe zum Detail fehlt).
Der Indoor-Pool ist toll, wenn auch etwas stickig.
Dieses Mal hat uns das Hotel leider enttäuscht. Zu vieles hat für den Preis nicht gestimmt und wir haben uns zu viel mit dem Hotel beschäftigt anstatt unsere Ferien einfach geniessen zu können. Wir haben diesmal mehrere Zimmer gesehen und gewechselt und jedes Mal gab es irgendwelche Probleme und Defekte. Das Schlimmste aber war, dass das Personal diese Probleme bereits kannte und statt sie zu lösen nur auf Anfrage mit irgendwelchen Patenten ankam und erstmal so tat, als wären sie unbeklannt.
Einmal wurden wir in zwei verschiedene Zimmer geschickt und mein Mann musste mich in der Mittagshitze 25 Minuten lang suchen. Anstatt einer Entschuldigung wurden wir noch angemacht, weil wir dem Putzpersonal Mehrarbeit verursacht hätten! Topper auf der Matratze musste nachgereicht werden, Zimmer waren nervtötend hellhörig (weder die Fenster noch das Zimmer wirkten in irgendeiner Weise schallisoliert) und um den Whirlpool auszuschalten musste man die Sicherung ausmachen - wobei man uns zunächst irrtümlich die Klimaanlage ausschaltete. Lichter waren defekt, Duschkopf ebenso, Sonnenschirm ging nicht auf, TV-Ton ging erst nicht, Kakerlake im Zimmer…
Das Wc ist extrem unprivat mit einer fadenscheinigen Glastür, die nicht richtig zu geht.
Im Adults-Only Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant, das mittags mit Babys und Kleinkindern samt Spielzeug belegt war, was für uns nicht in‘s ansonsten romantische Konzept passt.
Einige Steinstufen im Zimmer müssten optisch gekennzeichnet werden, um nicht als sicherheitsgefährdend zu gelten (eine Stufe kam fast unsichtbar gleich nachdem man mit dem Koffer durch die Zimmertür trat).
Das Wasser (zum Duschen etc.) riecht nach Bakterien (bzw. die Kleidung und Handtücher riechen später danach), was für den Preis ebenfalls inakzeptabel scheint.
