Insuperable!
Pros:

I want to thank the entire team! I stayed for two nights, and the first one was my birthday. They went above and beyond to help me celebrate, with so many thoughtful little touches. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help.
A very special thanks to Dean, the spa massage therapist. He was extremely professional and outstanding at what he does. I would happily return to the hotel just to enjoy the rest of the spa facilities and, of course, to have another massage with him. The next time I'm in Cape Town, I'll definitely be asking for Dean again.
The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had!
The driver who took me to the airport was very friendly, and I felt completely safe with him. He was an excellent driver.
Thank you all for making my stay so special.

Would love to be back again, highly recommended.
Pros:

Its a classy place offering personalised service. Even the occupancy was so great, this place is frequented by classy people! Staff make you feel so special and the place have a cozy vibe. Location is great too. Breakfast was a perfect blend of carefully and tastefully selected healthy ingredients - all served with a lovely smile. My wife is too particular about everything, and this is the first time she gave me a 10 out of 10 for selecting the right hotel. They also upgraded my room to offer one with a balcony with a lovely view of the clean, and lush green neighbourhood. Their SPA and massage therapist is exceptionally good. Couple massage was a highly rewarding experience and my wife opted for a farewell massage on the check-out day since she didn't have enough. Lastly, if you want to go around, Jason will drive you around like a prince in his spick and span Omoda with nice music and interesting conversations.

Cons:

I wish my stay was much longer, wanted to live there for a month and not a week :)
