Everything. It's such a beautiful hotel and the staff is so warm and welcoming. My family and I had the greatest of times!

Nothing not to like
A truly luxury boutique hotel with fantastic decor, excellent facilities, first class food and impeccable customer service. The staff really make you feel welcome and literally can’t do enough for you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. We had a very late return flight and the hotel looked after us all day even after checkout which was so welcome.
We enjoyed Cape Town during our 4 night stay for the marathon, so much that we might return for holiday. When we do there’s only one place we’re staying. Incredible experience, thank you.
Nothing
Lovely bedroom and turn down service, very friendly welcoming staff, was given a glass of fizz on arrival and then breakfast was lovely too. Pool looked lovely, we sadly just didn’t have great weather for our stay to enjoy it but would be great on a sunny day!
Staff were lovely, however missed some communication, for example for the spa use you needed to book a slot, which we only found out the morning we were checking out. The staff did open the spa early for us when the communication was cleared up so that was appreciated but more information on check in would have been useful.
I loved how attentive the staff was to our needs—the attention to detail and the small gestures that blew us away. The staff has a genuine passion for elevating the guest experience, and we were treated like royalty!
The rooms are fantastic, the staff were very kind and welcoming. It was truly a 5 star experience
The food was not great
The staff, the size of the rooms, the comfyness of the bed and the variety of the breakfast buffet + a la carte selection, exceptional for the size of the property.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable and the entire premises are very well maintained. The fantastic breakfast was a highlight! But the best about this stylish hotel is the attentive and friendly service by everyone who works here. I have never experienced this anywhere...ever! I' would recommend The Glen Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Capetown
