What truly stood out about our stay at The Glen Boutique Hotel & Spa was the exceptional attention to guests. From the moment I arrived, the team went out of their way to make me feel seen, welcomed and comfortable. They genuinely take the time to talk to you, get to know what you need and make an effort to ensure you have a memorable stay.
They even went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a trip to the West Coast and Postberg, and thoughtfully incorporated a Khoisan heritage experience into the day. That level of personal attention really made the stay special.
The spa was exceptional. The therapists were highly attentive and seemed to instinctively know which areas needed focus, making the treatments feel genuinely personalised rather than just routine.
The food was outstanding, with an incredible variety and something to suit every taste. I also really appreciated the local gin hour and the hotel's commitment to showcasing and promoting local South African products. Those little touches add so much character to the experience.
Overall, The Glen isn't just a beautiful hotel — it's the people who make the experience. The warmth, genuine hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly looked after. I would happily return and highly recommend The Glen to anyone looking for a stay where you are treated as a guest, rather than just a room number.

Del alojamiento me ha gustado todo, desde su personal, que son encantadores, amables, atentos hasta sus instalaciones y servicios.
No se corresponden las fotos con la realidad, la realidad es mucho mejor aún que las fotos. El hotel es muy bonito y cada detalle está súper cuidado. Si tuviera que volver a Cape town, sin duda elegiría el mismo hotel.
Además está bien ubicado, muy cerca de todo en coche.

A perfect base to explore Cape Town

Our stay at The Glen was wonderful. The hotel is superb, well located and really lives up to the boutique tag! It was spotless, well presented and a gorgeous place to be. Breakfast was delicious and the bedroom was lovely, spacious and comfy - a great place to rest a weary head after a day of sightseeing.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the room was decorated for us, along with some gifts, which was so kind and thoughtful.

The spa treatment was excellent and the pool also looked very enticing… next time maybe! The hotel cat, Beans, was a delight and a great (albeit sleepy!) addition to breakfast.

The whole team were incredibly helpful, attentive and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. A special shoutout to Sam and Kuda who were super helpful. Sam especially helped us with picking up some items we accidentally left in the room and couriering these to our new hotel. Thank you to the whole team!
