Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, attentif et d’une grande gentillesse.
La chambre était grande et la vue top.
La localisation de l hôtel en altitude avec vue sur Lucerne était parfaite.
Très bon restaurant.

Cons:

Il faisait très chaud la nuit ou nous y étions et un ventilateur ou climatiseur ont manqué.
De même un petit mini bar aurait été appréciable pour garder les bouteilles d eau au frais.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo visti i costi di Lucerna. Tornerei.
Pros:

Tutti gentilissimi, struttura nel verde, camera tutta in legno, pulita, bagno grande, terrazzo. Molto tranquilla. Colazione ottima e possibilità di cenare.

Cons:

Niente minibar in camera che avrebbe fatto comodo per tenere al fresco alcune cose personali. Cena molto cara anche rispetto ai costi del luogo.

Que du bonheur.
Pros:

Un emplacement au calme qui domine Luzern, un personnel aux petits soins, grande chambre avec balcon, très bien équipée, et un bâtiment remarquable pour les amateurs d’architecture!

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό.
Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική εάν θες να μην είσαι μέσα στην πόλη , όπως εμείς.
Η θέα είναι καταπληκτική, η εκκλησία δε που είναι δίπλα, αξίζει μία επίσκεψη!
Είναι πανέμορφη και πολύ στολισμένη.
Ήταν εξαιρετική επιλογή για μας!

Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable
Pros:

Le cadre (au calme, entouré de verdure, style chalet). Chambre spacieuse. Lit très confortable. Très belle vue. Personnel attentif et très agréable. Restaurant sur place de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Manque un mini bar dans la chambre. Pas suffisamment de lumière dans la chambre (manque un plafonnier et/ou une lampe de bureau.
Il y aurait largement la place de rajouter un meuble dans la salle de bain pour y poser ses affaires (vêtements, produits de beauté). Il n'y a jamais assez d'étagères et de patères !

Un séjour trop court dans ce merveilleux Hôtel
Pros:

L'hôtel est très beau magnifiquement décoré pour Noël. Le personnel est adorables et à l'écoute. Nous avons très bien mangé, les plats étaient fins et délicieux. Et que dire de la vue splendide depuis notre chambre. Nous allons y retourner à coup-sur !

Cons:

Les oreillers trop mous pour nous. C'est l'unique chose que je changerai en donnant un autre choix par exemple

Gorgeous location, would recommend.
Pros:

Amazing location and views, very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful, looked brand new. Food at restaurant was delicious and breakfast was very generous.

Cons:

Through no fault of the hotel, the church next door ring the bells all night. Impacted my sleep.
Beds are very firm.
