Great location if you want to access the northern coastline of the island

Cons:

Summer pricing at €250/nt seems high for this quality of offering - would come back for non-peak season pricing as €100/nt seems more realistic

Pros:

La posizione è molto buona, vicino a Es Pujols e alla spiaggetta Sa Roqueta. Bella la struttura, la piscina e la colazione non è male. L'hotel dispone di un ristorante interno se si vuole pranzare o cenare lì

Cons:

La struttura principale, più moderna, è Lago Playa ma esattamente accanto c'è un'altra struttura "più datata" che si chiama Lago Playa II. Io prenotando pensavo di andare a Lago Playa invece siamo stati posizionati nell'altro edificio. Alla fine è andata bene lo stesso però è una cosa che si scopre sul momento, non si sa al momento della prenotazione. Inoltre, ho notato che le pulizie in camera venivano fatte un po' tardi...a volte rientravamo alle 15 per riposare e il letto non era ancora stato fatto.

Pros:

Bella posizione, tranquilla e non lontana dal porto e dal primo centro cittadino.
Una parte degli edifici rinnovata, con buona colazione, disponibilità al deposito bagagli e a una stanza con doccia per sistemarsi prima della partenza o prima del check-in (se fuori orario)

Cons:

Ho prenotato una notte a un prezzo spropositato e mi aspettavo di alloggiare nella struttura principale recentemente rinnovata, invece io e il mio compagno siamo stati indirizzati in un altro edificio poco lontano, molto datato, con forte odore di ammoniaca nei corridoi.
La stanza non era ben pulita e il bagno aveva una doccia talmente piccola che il mio compagno essendo alto quasi 2 mt ci stava a malapena...
su 4 receptionist incrociate due erano poco carine e sbrigative.
Purtroppo rapporto qualità-prezzo da rivedere...

Me encantó! La habitación era muy pequeñita, pero al viajar sola, estaba bien. El desayuno buffet espectacular, todos los trabajadores muy atentos, educados y te ayudaban en todo, la piscina genial

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale. Personale gentilissimo. La struttura lago playa appena ristrutturata e molto carina, il lago playa II dove ho soggiornato, più datato e camere un piccole. Comunque letto comodo e pulizia ok.
Colazione varia e per me discreta.
