The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in regards to making a phonecall in Italian to the lease care pickup.

Cons:

I never like the price.. it's small and frugal looking and it cost $$$$$.

Only good for a short overnight stay between flights
Pros:

Very convenient location for an overnight stay after a late flight

Cons:

The bedroom was an odd, curved shape and had no windows. The choice of on-sight food and drink was very poor

A convenient, clean hotel to make connecting flights.
Pros:

I had an early morning flight connection so the location was convenient. Everything was clean and just right for me, a solo traveller. I like that there was "beauty kit" so I didn't need to get into my luggage. The staff/team were helpful too.

Cons:

It was very hard to locate the hotel from within the airport. The image that was sent did not download (that is probably just my cellphone carrier's limitation). Google maps tried but took a bit to finally get lined up in the right direction.
