השהות שלנו ב-Seehotel Grüner Baum הייתה פשוט נפלאה. המיקום הוא מהטובים ביותר בהלשטאט – ממש על שפת האגם, עם נוף עוצר נשימה מכל עבר. החדר היה מרווח, נקי מאוד, מעוצב בטוב טעם ונעים במיוחד. הצוות היה מקצועי, אדיב ומסביר פנים, וגרם לנו להרגיש רצויים לאורך כל השהות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת, עשירה ומגוונת, והישיבה מול האגם הפכה אותה לחוויה בפני עצמה. זהו מלון שמצליח לשלב בין אירוח ברמה גבוהה, אווירה רגועה ומיקום מושלם. ללא ספק אחד המקומות שהיינו שמחים לחזור אליהם בביקור הבא בהלשטאט.

Cons:

房间水龙头坏的，房间有蚊子没蚊香，早餐很差，牙刷只有一把，另外一个写牙刷结果里面是梳子。

Pros:

We skipped breakfast at the property but appreciated the staff’s thoughtful gesture of wrapping food to go, especially since we had to leave early to catch our train back to Vienna. The receptionist was truly caring and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location couldn’t be better — right in the lively heart of the main street. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and loved the place.

Cons:

The location and accommodation were exactly what I was hoping for, and I was pleased to find them as expected.
