Pros:

The property is stunning, and a great location. It’s very clean. The friendly staff was amazing, they made the experience great. We felt very welcomed and very well taken care of.

Cons:

It rained. It was still amazing but next time if you could make it not rain that would be great.

I would like to forget my stay.

The hotel is in a good location

Cons:

I did not know that I could not park at the hotel. The person that answered the phone could not explain that there are car parking lots and a shuttle system. The hotel did not give me any instructions on where to park. The shuttle operator was very unfriendly and would not allow more than one bag per person, so we walked half a mile. The hotel is not air conditioned. It was hot! The hotel lost my dinner reservation. We were able to eat at the hotel restaurant. The location of the restaurant is very picturesque; however, the person that brought our dinner dropped it on the table, splattering the dinner on me, and then laughed. The hotel did not charge us for the entree. Promised to dry clean my clothing, but did not.

A historic hotel where Sisi stayed. I could feel its history while staying here! The view from the balcony is amazing. Amazing healthy breakfast:) the room size is pretty big !

Pros:

Location, facility is perfect. Nicole at the reception is your top employee. Smart, helpful, friendly - all in all a top professional!

Cons:

Some other staff members response and attitude. Not bad but for a prestigious hotel like yours expected to be at least one level up.
