I loved the whole experience from beginning to end. We were greeted at the airport with flower's necklaces before taking us to the hotel.
Hotel facilities are beautiful, the arquitecture, the outstanding front and backyards are stunning. Landscapers do a really good job. You can enjoy these stunning views from the room, restaurant ans swimming pool. Also you can enjoy the sunset from the pool.
The room is spacious, clean, well organized and nice.
The staff work really hard to make you feel comfortable and help you enjoy your stay and the island. They are really close and warm.
The hotel offers private tours. Christian, the guide, was extremely experience and knowledgeable. His background is unbelivable, which he take advantage to explain with deep details and to answer your questions.
The hotel also offers you the car rental service which makes it really easy for us to explore on our own during those days without tour.
We had a blast!
That we can't stay longer
Todo fue de nuestro gusto::: el recinto y ubicación del hotel magnifico, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la decoración muy acorde con la isla. Las instalaciones perfectas por si quieres disfrutar del hotel; piscina, jacuzzi y quincho en un lindo jardín tropical. Todas las personas que nos atendieron lo hicieron de forma muy cordial, amable y profesional, preocupados de todos los detalles. El desayuno muy rico, con muchas opciones para escoger y con preparaciones en el instante; si quieres huevos, por ejemplo, los hacen de las diversas formas de preparación que existen: Omelette, revueltos, fritos, pochados. En resumen, lo recomendamos al 100%.
No tengo objeciones, no hubo algo que pudiera decir que no me gustó.
Todo! La atención y servicio del personal, las instalaciones, la habitación cómoda y agradable. El desayuno espectacular!

woke up with no water in the morning, but it was fixed very quickly and staff was excellent
Wonderful staff, so kind and helpful. Our room had full length windows from two sides with beautiful views to garden and pool. A very relaxing stay.
Pretty expensive, however, to be fair, there are much more expensive places in Rapa Nui and here you get the quality you wish for. Laundry was super expensive - we washed clothes of previous week and it cost 120 USD (!)

Everything was more than expected.
The hotel is new, extremely clean and many amenities. Lovely garden with all local trees and flowers, even chicken and rooster :).
Big pool with barbeque area for parties.
Can't praise enough the personnel, Daniela, Valentina and all others. Even before arrival they gave very important information about local regulations like permits to visit national parks. Arranged tour with a local guide very well informed on island's history and perfect English.
They could manage to arrange a last-minute reservation to a restaurant with performance.
The hotel is not in city center, but they arranged a taxi every time we need, with helpful driver take us to and pick up us from city center.
