Just ehat I needed at a difficult time in my life. Just wish I could have stayed more than one night

Unfortunately the bed was not very comfy and the main pool was freezing so we had to pay extra to use the rooftop facilities

Would definitely book again!!
Pros:

EVERYTHING!! From start to end everything about this property was immaculate. Staff were so attentive, our room was well facilitated and nothing was too much of a problem for anyone. The atmosphere and access were amazing. I have not stopped talking about this stay since I’ve left!

Excellent location good and staff. Interior decor too modern for the setting in our opinion.

The staff were all excellent, as was the food. Beautiful setting.

Cons:

Very modern inside. The bar wasn’t comfortable and certain parts looked like they had been furnished by a certain budget Swedish retailer !!

Pros:

The Hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

The pool was freezing the first day, when I went down the next morning it had been rectified.
As for the TV in the room, you need a degree to work it out .
I spoke to reception and asked for somebody to come up to help the young chap was as clueless as I was.
I only wanted classic FM so we had no music there was a radio, but we couldn’t work that either🤔 neither could the young chap.

Enjoyable and pleasant and whilst we may consider a return visit, we would think about other Hotels
Pros:

Location was a very nice setting and the food we had was of good quality. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing seemed to be a trouble for them.

Cons:

I was expecting 5 star treatment, but I didn't feel it met that criteria, it fell earshot of that experience.
When we booked our stay for 2 nights was for dinner , bed and breakfast, but we're not informed that the dinner menu we were only allocated £46 each, anything over and above would incurr an additional cost.

Never again .... This is not 4 Stars
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, a welcome gift, a turndown service.

Cons:

Coffee machine in room didnt work.
Old damaged towels.
Finger marks on windows.
Scuffs and marks on furniture.
Full length mirror blocked by furniture.
Chair had strange marks on it.
Charging socket by bed didnt work.
I had to return my food at dinner, inedible.
My husband wanted schnitzel and was told it had run out (this at first evening service).
The gym was dirty, unloved and no water available. Water machine disconnected, dirty and carpet heavily stained.
Charged items on our final bill were nothing to do with us.
Met with hotel staff at end and I was asked to email issues, which I did - no response.
I said I wanted to review the hotel and staff member said I wanted to shame the hotel and I was negative.
This was a milestone birthday and we left feeling intensely disappointed and that we had wasted our time and money.
Staff member at the end said the hotel wanted to offer some other package to address these issues, I don't want a bribe I just wanted to celebrate with my husband my birthday.
