Stay of true indulgence:)
Pros:

I love everything about this property, you could turn up to your room completely empty handed as they have thought of everything right down to my favourite eye patches in the room, snacks, real coffee, stocked mini bar & beautiful bathroom products, lighting of choice in the room so spacious and very comfortable & I had such a nice quiet stay with no noises which is super important to me

Nice hotel, pricey for what it is.
Pros:

Nice hotel, rooms a little small for the price especially if you can't use the spa etc (quite restricted for Children) food in Horto restaurant not great, but the clocktower is nice.

Cons:

We had a problem with out shower which made the whole room smell like a sewer overnight, not ideal in a "luxury" hotel however it was sorted fairly quickly in the morning, just not a great start to the day!

Pros:

Delightful secluded location and really enjoyed the vibrant decor and art work.

Cons:

Would have preferred a walk in shower instead of shower over a bath.

Simply perfect!
Pros:

This is the most beautiful relaxing hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are outstanding, they are obviously very well respected by the owners. The service levels are exceptional. I was greeted at my car for someone to collect my bags, someone will always park the car for me, and then I was offered a driver to drop off and then collect me. It absolutely made my day!

Pros:

Beautiful setting and grounds, attentive staff, we enjoyed eating dinner outside

Cons:

Mojito was just ok, not worth £16

Just ehat I needed at a difficult time in my life. Just wish I could have stayed more than one night

Would definitely book again!!
Pros:

EVERYTHING!! From start to end everything about this property was immaculate. Staff were so attentive, our room was well facilitated and nothing was too much of a problem for anyone. The atmosphere and access were amazing. I have not stopped talking about this stay since I’ve left!

The staff were all excellent, as was the food. Beautiful setting.

Cons:

Very modern inside. The bar wasn’t comfortable and certain parts looked like they had been furnished by a certain budget Swedish retailer !!

Pros:

The Hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

The pool was freezing the first day, when I went down the next morning it had been rectified.
As for the TV in the room, you need a degree to work it out .
I spoke to reception and asked for somebody to come up to help the young chap was as clueless as I was.
I only wanted classic FM so we had no music there was a radio, but we couldn’t work that either🤔 neither could the young chap.
