Pros:

The location is great and facilities also. I stayed here for 8 nights, initially i requested the front office manager suresh to Assign a room with windows and he has done accordingly. All front office staff's are very cooperative and even the housekeeping staff.
The breakfast buffet is a gem not to be missed.

Same menu for breakfast everyday was not at all appealing....
When I wanted to checkin before scheduled time and the room was also free, they charged 1000 extra which nowadays is not very customer friendly approach.
Housekeeping was poor.had tk remind three times to get my room cleaned
