Cons:

הגענו למלון לחגוג יום הולדת בעקבות המלצות ולאחר קבלת אישור על חדר ל-3. לקח לנו הרבה זמן ללמצוא את החדר שלנו ואת המקום של כספת המפתחות כי השילוט גרוע. ניסינו להשיג את המארחת בטלפון שפורסם כזמין בכל עת ואף אחד לא ענה. בסוף הסתדרנו איכשהו. החדר היה ערוך רק לשניים. כוסות, מגבות, חלוקים, נעלי בית וכו'. התקשרנו ואף אחד לא ענה. רק אחרי זמן מה התקשר מישהו ואמר שהוא מחליף את המארחת. הסברנו את העניין וביקשנו שיבוא להשלים את החסר. הוא סרב ואמר שלא יוכל. כשהתעצבנו וביקשנו לדבר עם בעלת הנכס הוא אמר שאי אפשר, הבענו תרעומת ובכל זאת הוא אמר שכיון שהוא מחליף אין לו מושג מה בוקינג עשו. אמר שיש מצעים בארון, אבל אמרנו לו שזה לא מספיק ושיבוא להשלים הכל והוא סרב ושנטפל בזה מול בוקינג. איכשהו מצאנו מצעים ועוד מגבת זרוקה. זה כמובן הרס את כל החוויה. בנוסף בחדר היה דף הסבר שבו כתוב כי נוכל ליהנות מהג'קוזי שבחדר אך בפועל לא היה שום ג'קוזי. בקיצור, לא ברור לי איך ג'סי, בעלת הנכס, הסכימה לכזו התנהגות ואף לא חזרה אלינו. את הפיצוי הם סרבו לתת ובסוף קיבלנו אותו מבוקינג. מסקנה: יכול להיות שהנכס יפה אבל עם חווית שירות כזו לא נחזור וגם נמליץ לא ללכת.
