An Excellent Hotel, Good Priced and in a Central Location in Tam Coc
Pros:

The hotel is in the center of Tam Coc, there are restaurants, shops, mini marts, massage parlors, laundry shops all around the hotel. The Tam Cob boat rides is a few meters away. The location is excellent for walking. The hotel is three floors high; some rooms are around a courtyard overlooking the pool or the inner courtyard where seating is available for evening relaxing time. Other rooms overlook the side of the building. I got room 212 which is on floor 2 (actually first floor as the lobby is considered level one, which I think is the situation in Vietnam. The room is at the end of a corridor. The room door leads to a long entrance at the end of which is another door leading to the bedroom and a door leading into a long balcony. The entrance has a coffee table with two chairs and a luggage rack. There are two chairs and a table and a swing chair in the balcony. The room is spacious with a king size bed, there are two side tables, a long table with drawers and a mini fridge, TV and tea making facility. There is a wardrobe with two drawers on one side. The bathroom is good sized with a partitioned shower area. There are sufficient toiletries and towels. The water pressure is moderate. Lighting is good in the room. There is an air conditioner in the room, good cooling, it can also cool the entrance if the bedroom door is left open. There is also a stand fan in the room. The lobby is medium sized, the hotel has two entrances side by side, one main to the lobby and the other goes to the room areas. It is connected to the lobby area. There is café bar in the entrance. There is one lift. There is one restaurant at level one. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, checking if you are comfortable or need anything. There is no phone in the room, so all communication with the reception is by WhatsApp. The TV has many streaming channels but need subscription. There TV channels are mainly local or regional with some English language channels. I found it a bit dif

Great stay!
Pros:

The pool and surroundings were well kept and very clean. They provide towels for the pool too. The room was clean too. We had the basic room and they even provided sandals and bathrobes. The bed is comfortable too.

Cons:

I wasn't a fan of bed sheets. Kinda sticky thick material that is not soft for the skin and the ac is kinda noisy so you have to play a bit with the settings to make it quiet.
