On a adoré l'emplacement, l'espace, le calme, la qualité du service avec un personnel très aimable, attentif et discret. On nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations pour les restaurants dans les alentours. Cet endroit est un havre de paix dans une ile pourtant très touristique.

Fantastisk morgenmad - der blev bragt til os hver morgen når det passede os. Super søde og serviceminded personale, med Sissy som den drivende kræft. Hun er simpelthen fantastisk.

Tökéletes nyaralást töltöttünk itt. Sissy mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt és rengeteg jó programot és éttermet ajánlott. A kiszolgálás és a személyzet kiváló volt. A saját strand 50 méter a saját privát medence pedig karnyújtásnyira van. A medence mellett felszolgált reggeli tökéletes volt.

From the moment we arrived at Black Rose Suites, we knew we had chosen something truly special. We were warmly welcomed by Sissy, whose genuine kindness, beautiful smile, and exceptional hospitality made us feel at home immediately. Throughout our entire stay, she went above and beyond to ensure every single moment of our holiday was perfect. She wasn’t just professional—she truly cared about making our experience unforgettable. There may be many beautiful hotels in Santorini, but finding someone as wonderful as Sissy is incredibly rare. She is undoubtedly one of the greatest assets of this hotel.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Everything feels brand new, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The suites are immaculate, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, while the beautiful landscaping creates a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Every corner of the property reflects attention to detail and high standards. The location is simply perfect, with the sea just a few steps away.

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious selection of fresh, high-quality food, served with great care and attention.

We also had the pleasure of spending time at the bar, where Sofelpi made every visit memorable. His coffees and cocktails were absolutely outstanding, but what truly made the difference was his warm personality, positive energy, and wonderful conversations. He has a rare talent for making guests feel relaxed, welcome, and genuinely valued. People like Sofelpi transform a great hotel into an unforgettable one.

Black Rose Suites exceeded every expectation we had. The luxurious atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, breathtaking surroundings, and most importantly, the incredible people who work there made this one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

We feel incredibly lucky to have stayed here and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Our stay at Black Rose Suites was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcomed, and every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations.

The location is simply perfect—nestled in a peaceful part of the island, offering a tranquil escape from the busier areas of Fira and Oia, yet still within walking distance of an excellent selection of restaurants.

What truly sets Black Rose Suites apart is the outstanding hospitality. Sissy and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Waking up each morning to a beautifully prepared breakfast served on our private balcony was such a luxurious way to start the day. Linda’s kindness in helping us with our laundry was a thoughtful touch that made us feel so well cared for. A special mention also goes to the wonderful Sofelpi, whose delicious iced lattes and expertly crafted cocktails became one of the highlights of our stay.

The warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care shown by every member of the team created an experience that felt both effortless and truly memorable. Black Rose Suites is a hidden gem, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We are already looking forward to returning.

Black Rose Hotel’de güzel ve rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Özellikle temizlik, konum ve personelin ilgisinden memnun kaldık. Odalar konforluydu, otel genel olarak sakin ve düzenliydi. Ayrıca çalışanlardan Sissy’ye özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz; çok yardımcı oldu, güler yüzlüydü ve bölgeyle ilgili iyi rehberlik etti. Tekrar gelirsem tercih edebileceğim bir yer. Séjour exceptionnel pendant une semaine au Black Rose Beach Suites Hotel ! Tout était parfait : la chambre splendide, le lit très confortable, la piscine impeccable et le personnel absolument adorable. Une attention nous a particulièrement touchés lorsque l'adorable Sofelpi du pool bar nous a apporté nos cappuccinos au bord de la piscine sans même qu’on le demande. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux de Santorin et de ses magnifiques villages. Un immense merci à Sissy et Sofelpi pour leur adorable accueil et leur gentillesse tout au long du séjour.

Die gesamte Anlage ist super gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.
Das gesamte Personal strahlt eine ehrlich gemeinte Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft aus.
Sissy rundet den Aufenthalt mit super Restaurantempfehlungen inkl. Reservierungsservice ab, zudem steht sie auch mit Ausflugstipps parat - kurzum man kommt an und muss nur mehr genießen und sich selbst um nichts mehr kümmern.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique au Black Rose Beach Suites.
Tout était parfait : l’emplacement, la propreté, le confort des suites et l’ambiance calme et relaxante.
Un immense merci à Sissy, la patronne, qui a été incroyablement adorable, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial.
Toute l’équipe était professionnelle et souriante. Nous avons adoré chaque moment ici et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Nous recommandons cet endroit à 100 % pour passer des vacances inoubliables à Santorin.

The breakfast was beautiful fresh and high quality food. Fresh baked pastries and bread and fresh ingredients. Delicious!

This place is such a gem! The staff is beyond friendly, when we arrived we were told we got a room upgrade, which was lovely. We loved every minute of our stay, its such a relaxing, beautiful place. Already recommended it to friends.
